Professional and knowledgeable Estate agents

After a hellish time with a different Estate agent, Whitegates came to our rescue. Hoping for a quick sale we invited 3 estate agents to come and valuate our house. Mirek stood out. He appreciated our position, gave us fantastic advice on how to maximise our sale price and instilled me with a feeling we were in safe hands. We were right to go with him, only 2 months later and our house is sold. Thanks Mirek for your wise words and thanks to the whole South Leeds Team, especially Helen who kept me informed at every stage of the sale. Highly recommend these guys!

I have been renting a property from Whitegates South Leeds for the last 4 years and I must say they are all amazing at what they do. From the owner of the branch to the rest of the team that work there daily always giving the customers the best service possible. Always there to answer questions or fix issues. Great company.

I have used the company for over five years now, during which time I have bought, sold and rented out property through them. The staff are always professional, efficient and extremely helpful. When on the odd occasion issues have arisen, they have always been resolved quickly and professionally. This starts at the top with Mirek, and on the sales side with Helen. But particular mention has to go to Jo Harrison on the rental side of the business with whom I have most contact, who is friendly, efficient and simply superb at her job! I would never consider using another estate agent.

After the initial meeting with Mirek I dealt mostly with James, and occasionally Gabby, who are a credit to the branch. I'm honestly unsure I would have survived being in a chain involving the Mediocre Service from another estate agents if it weren't for the support and knowledge they provided. Absolutely shocking customer service. Booked valuations for the sale of a portfolio in the Leeds area (two weeks in advance) and was told the Director would look after me. Mirek (that’s who I was told was the Director) arrived late, then had the audacity to say “it doesn’t matter, he’s late” and when questioned as to why, he says “he left the office late”. What a joke. I would recommend all investors stay away from them.

Our first home…

We recently bought our first home through Whitegates in LS11. I’m not going to pretend it was smooth sailing because it definitely wasn’t. There were plenty of obstacles in the way but the staff, in particular Helen, kept us updated, informed and calm the whole way. Even when faced with me being a little fraught about what was going on, it was reassuring to know you’ve got a team who can empathise whilst still remaining professional.
