You’ll be one of the lucky ones if you get through to them via phone. I think I called about 50 times over two days, only getting through to them once. I did get a call back serval hours later after leaving a voicemail to tell me everyone is busy and no one is really manning the phone because they had put up a few new listings today. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realise if you can’t keep up with demand then don’t put all your new listings up on the same day!

From my first interraction with Taylors estate agents I was left uncomfortable. My first interaction about viewing a property took 11 minutes, which is roughly 10 minutes too long and during this call I was pressured into speaking to their in house mortgage advisor, despite me telling them I don't need one (going so far as to say that my chances of getting the property would be higher if I spoke to their advisor). I attend the viewing and am immediattely pressured to put in an offer, despite me raising important questions that they couldn't answer. The following day I am pressured once more to put in a final offer, despite my questions not being answered. Taylors then proceed to completely ignore me and never got back to me, answering my questions. A couple days later I am called by Brittany to inform me that a higher offer was accepted. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is specifically because of Brittany who was professional and kind in my communications with her. Maybe Taylors are great for sellers but my experience with them as a buyer has not been good.

We were incredibly impressed with the service provided by Taylors Estate Agent, Kingswood branch, from our first interaction (booking a viewing) all the way through to exchange/completion. They were professional, friendly, accommodating, and excellent communication was maintained at all times. They were proactive and engaged with us throughout, so we always knew what was going on. They actively liaised with us and the vendors to ensure that the purchase was completed as smoothly as possible. They were by far the best estate agency we have used for any of the properties that we have bought.

Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next couple
