We were incredibly impressed with the service provided by Taylors Estate Agent, Kingswood branch, from our first interaction (booking a viewing) all the way through to exchange/completion. They were professional, friendly, accommodating, and excellent communication was maintained at all times. They were proactive and engaged with us throughout, so we always knew what was going on. They actively liaised with us and the vendors to ensure that the purchase was completed as smoothly as possible. They were by far the best estate agency we have used for any of the properties that we have bought.

Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next couple

Outstanding service! High recommend! Taylor's were the last agents we had around to value our property. Tom Bowley who came around to value our property was very professional from the outset. He was the only agent who did in depth research before coming around and advised they had people waiting for properties like ours and would contact them all to let them know it was coming on the market. They were the most expensive, but due to the level of service already provided we decided to go with them anyway. I am so thankful we did! They are worth every penny! Katie Hooper and Ben Davey from the outset were outstanding. The level of service we received went above and beyond what our expectations could have ever been.
