Was contacted by the valuation expert !!!. Asked lots of questions about my house for sale, as I was busy,i simply said she could see for herself when visiting as just literally around the corner.Was told that if she didn't have the answers she would not be able to value my house ,and then had the utter nerve to tell me I was being AWKWARD!!!. some expert ,I think not .I will go along the road to the other estate agents and find a professional.zero stars was not an option

Taylor’s on Kingswood High Street sold our property for us. They were outstanding. Selling one’s house can be a complex and tricky process with the agents operating in trying financial times with high interest rates. Taylor’s however believed in our property and knew it would sell. They kept pushing the viewings and were patient but very optimistic and got us a price we were very happy with. Their communication was excellent, frequently keeping us up to date with viewings and viewing feedback and were open to our suggestions in terms of pricing and what we wanted to obtain for the property. They are a very friendly and knowledgeable office who were very good and efficient at liaising between buyer, seller and both sets of solicitors to make sure the sale stayed on track. A massive thank you to Ben the manager, Alex and Phil and everyone else in the office. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Taylor’s Kingswood again. Thanks for everything guys, Alex and Gita.

Avoid this shambles of a company! I am not sure if Holly knows what she is doing or purely just doesn't care. They will just clear the line when others are trying to contact them, they will not act on anything and they send their clients to useless firms who have no idea what they are doing because quite frankly Taylors do not care about their clients just money. There are other estate agents out there that will help you so much more and not let the chain collapse because they cannot be bothered!

Alex at Taylors, Kingswood was a pleasure to deal with - from first taking my daughter and her friends around the property - to then being the contact person whilst we were purchasing. Don’t bother using them

So we booked the appointment well in advance it was fine then I received three phone calls from three different people then I got told that one of their viewers had gone sick and blah blah blah and I said forget it. Do you know what if you can’t be bothered to communicate properly with each other and phone me over the same things and send me 20 odd emails or thanking me for picking you I can’t be bothered because I can’t guarantee you’re gonna sell my house properly. Don’t bother using them.
