From the moment we stepped into their office we were made to feel like we were a valued customer. WSe signed up with seven estate agents in the area when looking to buy/rent a property. Only Fox & Sons came across as being extremely highly motivated and had a genuine desire to find us the property we wanted. We received a number of potential calls but unfortunately none ment our rather demanding criteria, but that was not through a lack of effort on their part. Highly recommended

Someone close to me is having a terrible experience with this estate agents and the flat they recently moved into. As with estate agents in general, do not trust Fox & Sons, they are no different to the rest of the bad bunch. I won't go into detail about the issues as I wish the tenants to remain anonymous but I think people should be aware that other good reviews of this company don't tell the full story at all. I'm very angry and disappointed at the treatment the person I know is getting from Fox & Sons and I am expecting them to take the issue to local news and social media to raise awareness.

I have been dealing with Pete and Charlie, who were showing me properties in local area. It was great experience, especially that I was able to arrange a viewing after work and out of office opening hours, but still did not feel as I am rushed with time. All details clearly provided in advance, and atmosphere in the office is always friendly & relaxed. Overall superb service from agents who puts the customer first. I have no hesitation in recommending F&S Yeovil branch to anyone.

Helped us sell our house with a superb professional service. Advised on what did and more importantly what did not need to be improved to get a sale. Provided a sound market appraisal with plenty of back up information to inform the price point discussion. Good photos. Conducted all first viewings, consulted on viewing times and gave useful and realistic feedback. Conducted the negotiations and secured a good price then saw it through to the end tackling any issues that cropped up quickly and efficiently. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt we were in good hands all the time. They earned their fees and effectively recovered the fees in their negotiations.

Well where do I start. I’ve used three different aspects of Fox and sons and will give comment to them all in my experience individually without naming any names. 1) Sales for a purchase - The agent I dealt with when hunting for a new property was professional, listened to my feedback and was dynamic in suggesting other properties that he thought may take my interest. In the end I didn’t purchase via Fox and Sons purely down to them not having the exact property match for me (not their fault) the main positive is there was no hard feelings or push you sometimes get from other agencies, would not hesitate and actually am dealing with them again for a future purchases. 2) Mortgage advisor - Couldn’t reccomend highly enough!! I had some out of the norm ideas I wanted to float the idea with on my BTL property. Advisor quickly and efficiently found out what was and was not possible (for my circumstances) and the pros and cons of each, and discussed all this with me. Obtained quick decisions in principle so I had the peace of mind I had the nod so to speak I could, finance my purchase, and then when it came to actually taking the mortgage ironed out some bumps in the road even when on her holidays... What more could you possibly ask for! 3) After purchasing my property, I decided to seek letting management, the Lettings team within Fox and Sons quickly and efficiently came round to view my property, gave me a realistic rental price and got all the formalities sorted ready for rental. Correct tenant was matched and found quickly and all inventories etc carried out without any hassle or input from me. Not much more to write really but when you want a property managed on your behalf not having much to write is a very good thing!! Overall top class agency, very friendly, keep it up guys, great team.
