GoogleVery pleased with the service of the lettings team, I spoke with Alice mostly who provided a lot of support in the journey and is very experienced, which was useful for me as I was a first time renter I would highly recommend fox and sons lettings team to anyone either searching for a property, or thinking of letting their property

GoogleMyself and my partner went through Fox and Sons for a new build estate with the rent to buy scheme, I would like to thank Leon so much for all of his knowledge and commitment to us, We had seconds thoughts about the scheme at first but after sitting down and speaking with Leon he put all of our doubts and worries at rest and made us feel entirely confident with how the scheme works, also thank you to James for also helping us get through the application process An amazing team, would highly recommend

GoogleWe enquired mostly out of interest and seeing information online about a local development of new housing with an affordability scheme that would allow us to get on the property ladder within 5 years, which as a young family is very exciting. Just 2 weeks later and after a great deal of information and help from Leon, we are hopefully on the way to accepting an offer to get on the scheme. GoogleI would recommend Peter Bush of Fox and Sons of Yeovil estate agent. He is such a great guy to deal with and very professional, enthusiastic and friendly. He has a great smile and he makes you at ease. No question is too much for him no matter be it person to person on the phone or by mail. Peter will always get back to you if he isn't available when you contact him. I did all my dealing with Peter from France and that didn't deter him. We communicated as if I were in England. Rob was working from home due to catching covid but still managed to help me secure my mortgage. GoogleHelen & Charlie in the Lettings team have been wonderful to deal with - enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and professional - nothing has been too much trouble for them, and I knew I could rely on them to provide help and advice whenever I needed it. Relocating and renting was a daunting experience but they made it so much better. When I then needed to move on quickly, Helen was absolutely outstanding in finding a new tenant phenomenally quickly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Helen and Charlie at Fox&sons Yeovil. Thank you.

GoogleI was let down by another local Agent and had to find another property very quickly. Fox and Sons were the most accommodating Agent I’ve dealt with and I went to many others as it was urgent I found a new home. They called me often just to check I was still looking to rent even if there wasn’t a property available for me. I felt I was kept up to date and as soon as something came up Charlie was straight on the phone to get me a viewing. I really can’t fault their hard work. It was a very quick turn around and both Helen and Charlie went above and beyond to work as quickly as they could for me, and the service remained of a high standard. Can’t thank you both enough.

GoogleTom and the team at Fox and Sons in Yeovil have been absolutely fantastic in helping me purchase my house. They found the perfect house for the area I wanted at my budget incredibly quickly, ticking all of my boxes perfectly. They have been so helpful in giving me updates throughout and helping me at every stage. I used the mortgage advisor they have in branch and that was an unbelievable help for me, helping me understand every step and making it very simple for me to do. Both Tom (branch manager) and Charlene (the mortgage advisor) have been wonderful and I won’t hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely go to them first in future if I have to move again. It’s been a real pleasure!

Google5 Stars are not enough .. Andy, Pete and the team at Yeovil have made the conveyancing of our late mothers property a little easier to endure, they have constantly kept us up to date and helped immensely when things started to go wrong by getting it back on track with their professionalism and compassion. We wouldn’t have got a sale/exchange/completion without their persistence. We cannot thank you enough. Thoroughly recommended 🙏

I sent a deposit for a property to secure it however the landlord went with someone else. That’s fine, it happens. I Was told I would have a refund in full of my deposit £415.

GoogleRob Taylor gave us great mortgage advice and helped us secure what we needed to by our dream home. Our existing lender gave us the absolute run around but Rob was able to find us great alternatives to ensure our purchase went through. Throughout the process he kept us updated and was always on hand to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

GoogleI literally can't thank the team enough for all the hard work they did regarding our purchase. Continued to go above and beyond each day to make phone calls to seller and solicitors to keep me updated on the process and try to speed the purchase along. Louise and the team were fantastic and even with me calling almost every day (sometimes 3 times a day) they were still so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
