Helped us sell our house with a superb professional service. Advised on what did and more importantly what did not need to be improved to get a sale. Provided a sound market appraisal with plenty of back up information to inform the price point discussion. Good photos. Conducted all first viewings, consulted on viewing times and gave useful and realistic feedback. Conducted the negotiations and secured a good price then saw it through to the end tackling any issues that cropped up quickly and efficiently. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt we were in good hands all the time. They earned their fees and effectively recovered the fees in their negotiations.

Well where do I start. I’ve used three different aspects of Fox and sons and will give comment to them all in my experience individually without naming any names. 1) Sales for a purchase - The agent I dealt with when hunting for a new property was professional, listened to my feedback and was dynamic in suggesting other properties that he thought may take my interest. In the end I didn’t purchase via Fox and Sons purely down to them not having the exact property match for me (not their fault) the main positive is there was no hard feelings or push you sometimes get from other agencies, would not hesitate and actually am dealing with them again for a future purchases. 2) Mortgage advisor - Couldn’t reccomend highly enough!! I had some out of the norm ideas I wanted to float the idea with on my BTL property. Advisor quickly and efficiently found out what was and was not possible (for my circumstances) and the pros and cons of each, and discussed all this with me. Obtained quick decisions in principle so I had the peace of mind I had the nod so to speak I could, finance my purchase, and then when it came to actually taking the mortgage ironed out some bumps in the road even when on her holidays... What more could you possibly ask for! 3) After purchasing my property, I decided to seek letting management, the Lettings team within Fox and Sons quickly and efficiently came round to view my property, gave me a realistic rental price and got all the formalities sorted ready for rental. Correct tenant was matched and found quickly and all inventories etc carried out without any hassle or input from me. Not much more to write really but when you want a property managed on your behalf not having much to write is a very good thing!! Overall top class agency, very friendly, keep it up guys, great team.

Abysmal service and they seem unable to manage the simplest of tenancies. They do not provide the service that they claim and promise to provide (and sub-contract to third-parties in Cardiff!). Their trade subcontractors do shoddy work and charge far too much for simple jobs. The photographs I have of this would make most people cry! They do not protect a landlords interests, and don't even inspect at the required frequency. A very poor experience.
