GoogleFantastic Team at Connells Yeovil. Helped us with what became a challenging 7 month house move, chasing after solicitors and other organisations. Namely James who consistently kept us up to date with the progress of the move and Mark who on exchange & completion day was pursuing the solicitors to finalise the paperwork to get us moved in finally. Strongly recommend.

GoogleRented my new house through Connells Lettings and the Lettings manager was excellent, very helpful and moved the process through in 2 weeks of picking the house. Viewed the house and decided the same day and even got started on the paperwork then and there, the Lettings manager sorted everything out for me in no time and made my move very easy and efficient. Thank you very much.

GoogleI've been trying to contact with them whole day 5 calls and three times they ask me for my details and promised to give me a call back with in hour, 2 times they didn't even answer the phone. This is how this agency treats their costumers? We are living in a XXI century and having a costumer service like this has to be a some bizarre/twisted joke!

GoogleWhilst other parts of the wider Connells organisation left a lot to be desired the situation was completely redeemed by the Yeovil branch team which was extremely well led by Mark Smeeth I applaud their energy , openness, professionalism and drive in securing a very successful outcome Particular mention should go to James, a young lad with a well-deserved bright future

GoogleI rented a house through this agency, and when I delivered the house, the owner took 10 days' rent from the deposit, which I had already paid; and so far this real estate agency has not resolved the problem. And, I'm already in Rio de Janeiro.

GoogleAs a buyer I found Connells hopless. They don't answer the phone and after a few days I got through and was told that no sale people were available! Surely that's all they need as that is their sole function. If you are selling I wouldn't use them.

GoogleDisgusting service. My 80 year old mother had a manager round for a free evaluation. Within 30 minutes he had her bank card and taken money from her account. Do NOT use them.
