Abolsutey disgusting behaviour. We rang on way saying we might be 5 minutes late and the man on the phone said no worries I’ll let her know. We turned up to the viewing we had, we were given no house number so drove round the road for 10 minutes trying to find house from the 1 picture we had. We rang the office repeatedly for those 10 minutes with no answer. When we worked out ourselves what house it was we knocked and no answer. This was at 10:55, 10 minutes wasted and no communication. When we realised no one was waiting for us or answering I had no choice but to go to your move - waterlooville. It was supposed to be open til 4 but was all locked up when I got there. I knocked and knocked until someone came from the back and said she was locking up. I said why if you’re supposed to be here til 4, she had no answer, tried saying phone calls are answered til 4 but I said that’s rubbish as we’ve been trying for 15 minutes altogether to get through. I said it’s disgusting to pretend to be here when they aren’t. She said she was the one at the viewing and that she didn’t get told we’d be 5 minutes late so left after 5. Utterly appalled at the organisation and the promise of open hours that they clearly don’t do. Will never be using them again. Nobody should leave after 5 minutes when we’ve precalled to say sorry we would be 5 minutes after viewing time. Looks like they were all in a rush to get home on a Saturday and don’t really care about the people.

my partner was evicted for no reason then they re rented straight away to someone else the day after we moved out. we left the place spotless and they are trying to charge us for cleaning! if it was that dirty they wouldn’t of been letting people view it the day after! they’ve also kept his deposit from his last property for no reason. if you want to rent, DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

I was charged for a service that was not performed. The agent did not tell me the truth. When I discovered this, I had to pay a termination fee. The agent still claims to have done everything right.
