GoogleObsolutely terrible agents, they very rarely answer phones or email you have to mail or call several times before they answer, I rented a property through them and if it wasn't for the nice landlords we had then the experience dealing with anything would have been even worse,they do not care how they treat tenants as long they get their fees, unfortunately we have had the privalage to deal with Penne Adams head of admin but lack common courtesy to communicate properly in fact the whole admin team is the same, whoever runs this branch needs to seriously take a look at the people they employ but something tells me they do not care enough to do that. Glad I don't ever have to deal with them again and good luck to whoever has to in the future.
