After my tenancy agreement ended, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned!I contacted the landlord who told me they agreed that it was OK to be released. I have a copy of the email sent from landlord to "your move " Its now day 11 and still waiting on £720!!Disgusting service!!"Jess Martin" needs sacking !!

I hate estate agents. I don’t trust them. And as for rental agents, similar thoughts. I gave Your Move (Chris Stonack) a try, marketing my Flat to rent after friends said they were good. Dealt mainly with Alex & Chris but met other members of staff.They’ve been great at marketing the flat & keeping me in the loop. Yes I had to drop the inital rental price by £25 after three weeks of marketing & no firm takers. But that was my decision & based upon options from Chris & fingers crossed a week later I have a tenant. I’d give them ago, so far I’d go back to them. They seem to really know their trade, aren’t full of patter & I don’t feel like Im being fobbed off or patronised.And so therefore I give them 5 *

Your Move made a few promises when I chose to sell with them. Not only did they then proceed to do nothing to keep their promises, they also did nothing to try and sell the house once it was live on the market. They over-estimated the value and only when I intervened after roughly 8 weeks did they agree that the price needed to be lowered. That then happened again after another 7 weeks roughly. Had I not been getting in touch to try and do something to sell the house, Your Move would have done nothing about it. Aside from that, they had told me that I would get feedback from every viewing. Not a single time was I given feedback without having to chase them for it. Your Move did not withhold their side of the agreement that was made at the beginning of the process, although they will still happily take my money.

I tried to book a viewing for a house that was advertised as available on Rightmove but one you could not find in the map. Called them few times and was going straight to a full voicemail box. Managed to get one woman on the phone but after trying to get as much info from me as possible and trying to sell her mortgage advice, somehow the house from "available" became "sold through another agency". Very dodgy estate agency. Wouldn't trust them to sell me a hot dog.
