Dear Ana, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are saddened to hear about the negative experience you had with our agency and would like to address the points you have raised. Regarding the issue with the front door key, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We took the keys due to a faulty lockbox issue that led to potential tenants waiting while we tried to access the property. Rest assured, no one would have had access to your property during this time and we always lock up after inspections. We acknowledge that we made an error in making your property advert live without consulting you about the price. The decision was made in an effort to generate early interest in your property, and the price used was based on previous discussions. We apologise for not confirming this with you beforehand. In regards to the certificates, we understand your frustration in not receiving the reports promptly. The certificates were paid for and we have now requested them from the contractor. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the speed at which contractors send out certificates, but we made sure to chase them up daily. The quotation for electrical remedial works was sent to you as part of our responsibility to inform you of any necessary repairs and associated costs. Lastly, we understand the challenges of trying to find suitable tenants, especially when there are discrepancies in the pricing and the decision to rent or sell the property. We were given conflicting instructions from you about whether to rent or sell the property. When you were hesitant about renting out the property and instead wanted to sell, we respected your decision. However, during this time, you listed the property with another agent to rent it out. We find it disheartening to read your sole purpose of the review was not to give constructive feedback but to discredit us an estate agent and prevent future business.
