YellUse someone else NOT Purple Bricks
I only hope "TEAM GB" have better service than we did. They over priced the property, got the description wrong as well as the floor plan. As for the viewings, forget it. They do not VETT their buyers, so many time wasters. Never saw their agent after her first visit. She made so many promises...I will do this.....I will do that for you.....I will be here for you 24 hrs a day from the start to completion.....No she was not. When we complained, they said they had no records of the original proofs, so they were unable to do anything. Total waste of time, please pay more and go to a local agent.PS. Do not use their recommended Solicitors either, almost as bad as they were.

GoogleAbsolutely NOT for the faint hearted or anyone over 50 as you’re expected to do all the work yourself and the solicitors keep Adding in quoted-for charges on. You have to use an app or talk to a bot. Not worth it to save a few quid

GoogleDo not use this company - we have had our card details passed to a credit company without our permission who are now going to take £1800 from our account. Property has been on market 10 months, had no viewings and no communication from them …
