The app is brilliant and makes booking and messaging prospective buyers really easy without a middle man being a high street estate agent constantly calling me to book times for viewings. Would highly recommend for the cost saving.

I instructed Purplebricks to sell my property and paid upfront via Klarna. Over a period of around seven weeks, I received no viewings and very limited contact. Despite assurances that the property would be proactively marketed, this simply did not happen.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment you encountered, and we fully recognise the impact this had on you throughout the selling process. As you have highlighted, we acknowledged during your complaint that the level of service you received fell below the standards we expect of ourselves, particularly in relation to proactive marketing, regular communication, and ongoing advice. We regret that this was your experience and that our service did not meet the expectations set at the outset. We also understand your concerns regarding the upfront-fee model and appreciate you sharing how exposed this made you feel when the service did not progress as it should have. Your feedback, alongside the findings from The Property Ombudsman, has been taken seriously and used internally to review processes, communication standards, and how we support sellers throughout their listing not just at the point of instruction. We recognise that the complaints process was lengthy and stressful, and we are sorry that it required escalation through Klarna and the Ombudsman to reach a resolution. While compensation cannot undo the inconvenience caused, we hope the outcome at least provided some acknowledgment that your concerns were valid. If your an expat returning to your own country font bother either this company . You cannot buy from overseas Dispite being Scottish. There loss will go to more updated company . As a retired couple have found it a very easy to do with other company’s . Sad we were going to put an offer on this one .

GoogleAn absolute shambles of a company, promised me an overinflated price on my property and when the contract was signed zero communication, it took 18 months of emails and calls, eventually strong arming me into using there auction, I was backed into a corner and had no way out, don’t make the same mistake, avoid like the plague I’d give them less than 1 star if I could
