I can't believe it!! We completed on the sale of our house in early August. When we viewed it back in May there was no sign outside the property. Now today I arrived home from work and I was shocked to see a For Sale sign had been bolted to our fence, putting holes in the woodwork without our knowing or consent.

I only hope "TEAM GB" have better service than we did. They over priced the property, got the description wrong as well as the floor plan. As for the viewings, forget it. They do not VETT their buyers, so many time wasters. Never saw their agent after her first visit. She made so many promises...I will do this.....I will do that for you.....I will be here for you 24 hrs a day from the start to completion.....No she was not. When we complained, they said they had no records of the original proofs, so they were unable to do anything. Total waste of time, please pay more and go to a local agent.PS. Do not use their recommended Solicitors either, almost as bad as they were.
