We have recently sold two properties through John Shepherd in Shirley, Solihull. Jordan and Sophie looked after our house sales and Shannon the after sales service. Their professionalism and attention to detail has been really excellent. Any issues were resolved very quickly. We really can not thank them enough, selling a property can be very stressful but they went out of their way to make both sales go through as smoothly as possible.

GoogleIf you rent a property through this company make absolutely sure you take your own photos of the property and go through their inventory with a toothpick as when you come to leave you will be charged for everything that even has a speck of dust on it even if it was dirty when you moved in. I also had to wait weeks for a fob to open the gates to the carpark even though I was paying for secure parking. I was charged 210.00 for cleaning even though the place had been cleaned well and was FAR CLEANER than when I moved in. The an extra 60.00 for a 'checking out fee' Basically DO NOT expect your deposit back. They even charged for the clock battery and one light bulb even though I had relaced all the rest with new and left spares!! Cheeky! Fair play though. Great money making scam. Maybe someones mum is the 'cleaning services' they use!!

GoogleI have called the agency three times. A gentleman took my name and the number, told me that they will call me back. He said the same thing each time I phoned ' I got all the details I will call you back'. When i called the property yesterday. Opps, it is already rented. Seriously? Then why you did you misinform me? I wouldn't work with this agency. I have read many negative comments and i also felt the vibe of lacking the sense of responsibility and organizing.

Without a doubt the most incompetent and self important people in the rental space.Do not touch them with a barge pole, and especially avoid Sue Birch like the plague, she was quite frankly unprofessional.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking. This company has taken some of my clients and tried to place them. As for Eliana she is very unprofessional and a simple internet search show that all these so called recommendations over the last few days are fake as they friends and family.
