It has been an absolute pleasure working with Rav who is based at the Dorridge branch of DM and Co. I have found her to be extremely professional, courteous and someone who is exemplary at sustaining client relations. Exceptional service, great people

Just picked up our keys and we have had nothing but exceptional customer service, genuine care and support from these guys. After being rejected from multiple properties and letting agents outright refusing to consider us for properties due to one of us being self employed and the other having a poor credit file, the agents at DM&co, specifically Harvey and Kate, listened to what we needed and our situation in order to support us through the letting process. We can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic service we got from the Sales team, in particular Kathy and Lisa. They explained and advised us on the optimum way of securing a great sale price and kept us fully informed along the way. We secured a sale very quickly at a price we were very happy with. When we moved on to ‘the Sales Progression’ team we did experience some poor communication issues but after registering our concern this was rectified. So all in all we’d have no hesitation in recommending DM&Co.

A good result in a challenging market

We talked to a couple of agents when deciding who to appoint to sell my late mother’s home. DM in the shape of Kathy and Elaine, impressed. They were very sensitive to the fact that we were selling in emotional circumstances. They talked through a lot more ideas pre marketing to assess the best possible price. We were also kept well informed post viewings. The market moving against us meant that we needed to revisit the asking price but we still achieved a sale price above the initial asking price suggested by a competitor. Despite Elaine moving on Victoria picked up the file in a seamless way and with Kathy got the sale over the line in a firm and fair way to minimise any risk of last minute price chipping. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DM&Co to anyone looking for a local agent.

My main concern, being the Executor of a close friend's estate, was the sale of the property. Fortunately, the recommendation from Emma Chance to use the services of D M & Co. proved to be very sound advice. What a great team they are! Even allowing for a few 'hiccups' in the early days of the sale, due to Probate being involved, my main contacts proved to know exactly how to handle the situation with their professionalism, knowledge, and communication skills. Ann Wood's help in re-negotiating with the prospective purchaser proved to be invaluable and allowed the sale of the house to proceed. Thank you, Ann. Just brilliant!

I decided to give DM & Co in Dorridge a try as Lisa was friendly, knowledgeable and honest on a achievable sale price.Matt was my sales guy and what a brilliant young man he is! He went through the process of what to expect & seemed genuinely excited to sell my parent’s property. Between him & Alex (shout out to him too) potential buyers were shown round, who were in a position to buy and before long a sale agreed.I was then handed over to Lynne in Sales Progression. An all round superstar as it was not an easy sale & fell through at the 11th hr after a ridiculous reduction was demanded from the ‘buyer’. I pulled out.Back to Matt to remarket. Totally unphased he told me not to worry. He was right. A few days later a sale was agreed and a higher price achieved. The sale was quick & fairly smooth with Lynne liaising all the way.A few months later we decided to sell our home slightly out of DM’s usual area. I didn’t hesitate to call DM & Co.Again Lisa was great and Matt was my Sales Negotiator. Just over 48hrs after going ‘live’ a sale was agreed. Again this was a tough sale & Lynne worked tirelessly to juggle all the balls in the air to smooth the way. It was a stressful time but Lynne was fantastic to me and we got there in the end. Thank you lovely lady!I’ve used DM & Co twice in under a year. They’ve sold 2 houses for a very satisfactory price, achieving sales quickly. They’re very competitive in their pricing and there’s no one within the company that I’ve spoken to who hasn’t been anything other than courteous and lovely.For me, Matt and Lynne have been outstanding, I can’t thank them enough.
