We've had a great experience moving into our new property to rent with DM&Co. Firstly, the quality of the property we're really happy with, but also the customer service provided. Evie and Chiara helped us throughout our process. They were very friendly, answered all our questions and were responsive. It definitely felt like they wanted to make our experience as positive and smooth. Dom also helped us secure the property so a big thank you to him!

Really happy with the service I received from the sales team at DM&co especially Victoria Stuart who knew what I was looking for in a property, emailing me new properties matching my list of wants frequently before they hit Rightmove, responding to my queries very quickly and just being really helpful, kind and approachable at the viewing stage and when putting an offer in. Kept me up to date on the offer progression. Honestly, one e of the best Estate Agents I have come across as they work bespoke! Really pleased! Keep up the lovely spirit.

As some other clients have alluded too, we also had a bit of a bumpy ride due to the current market, and it wasn't plain sailing for us either. However(!), Ann Wood, Senior Negotiator at DM & Co. was absolutely brilliant throughout and she made it happen for us. She was really responsive (even on days off... and in evenings (sorry Ann)), was polite, professional, compassionate and kept my husband and I calm throughout. Ann also has a great sense of humour, at appropriate moments, and together with Emma Chance, Property Co-ordinator, they were excellent communicators, thank you. DM & Co. are a brand we were proud to be associated with, I also appreciated the regular communications on social media, "How's the Solihull property market Dom...?": helped me feel informed on the bigger picture throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM & co. as trusted Estate Agents who know the market well. Thanks all!

Moving is a bit of a headache. Moving during a pandemic is another level. But thanks to the team at DM&Co, I had a headache-free experience. They kept me up to date on the whole process, reassured me when I was chasing solicitors and went above and beyond throughout. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been interacting with Elaine Birkley of the Dorridge DM&Co office over the last few weeks and have been impressed with the way in which she has represented her client(s) and the firm.My wife and I found Elaine to be commercially minded and willing to suggest or welcome ideas about approach to different aspects of the property. We liked the property that we saw the first time round, but adored it even more after Elaine offered and granted us a second visit.We are grateful for the professional insights, courtesy and time that she extended to us over weeks that we were in contact with one another.Having said the above, Elaine is also robust (although definitely not in a hard ball / hard sell way) in speaking on behalf of her client(s) and was very firm with what would / wouldn’t be acceptable. She was also persistent in chasing me down for responses (admittedly I’m not the best at picking up calls / texts throughout the day!), but crucially she was never overbearing or aggressive. Per above, I highly recommend Elaine and would know who to appoint if my wife and I were to sell our main residential property.

We used DM & Co to sell our house and whilst at first the sale was pretty straightforward, towards the critical stage of exchange and complete we had a few headaches. This was due to one of the buyers lower down in the chain experiencing some challenges with paperwork. During this time David Master and his colleague stepped up to the mark and helped us enormously, with professionalism, support and kept on the case to ensure we were kept informed of the events that were taking place. We eventually exchanged and completed, and I can only thank David for his great sense of humour and tenacity in ensuring we did get there. DM & Co are a busy estate agent, but they do support you in those very critical times, which is so important and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall they made the experience as painless as one could hope for and dealt with the hiccups straightforwardly.We had a similar experience to others whereby DM & Co. replaced another estate agency. They sell your property proactively rather than just take a few photos and list it on Rightmove.DM & Co. provides a quality service. We recommend them highly.
