Highly recommend DM&Co

We highly recommend using DM& Co. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Lisa, who we started the process with, is incredibly engaging & took us through everything step by step. She was always readily available for a conversation even after the progression of the sale passed on to Elaine. Elaine took control of the sale of our home and was brilliant. She was efficient, calm and again had excellent communication throughout. The team worked hard to ensure we got the best possible price for our property and they were always on hand at the end of the phone. Once a sale was agreed Lynne then took over and worked relentlessly to navigate a chain which was riddled with challenges. She was supportive, assertive, she offered experienced guidance and she kept everything moving in the right direction. For us the communication and support offered by this agent was the stand out piece, not only did they secure the sale of our property for the amount we wanted but they also helped us significantly in securing our onward dream home. For a family with 3 young children we needed an agent like this and we have nothing but praise for them. We want to thank you for all your help and support and we don’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone who asks

We viewed 2 houses which were on the market with DM&Co.Home recently. Ann Wood was the sale negotiator and we were very impressed by her professionalism. She was very helpful, taking time to get to know our requirements. Although neither of the houses suited us Ann assured us that she would keep us in mind when houses came on the market. We have dealt with quite a few Estate Agents in our quest to find our new home and definitely rate Ann to be the most experienced, showing genuine interest, earning our trust. What impressed us was her enthusiasm for her job.

Highly recommended!

We instructed DM & Co to market our home for sale at the beginning of November 2018. We recently completed on our sale in under 3 months at full asking price! Proactive, knowledgable and friendly

Daniel has been so helpful during our search for our first family home. He listeneded to exactly what we were looking for, but also suggested other properties that we may not have considered ourselves. Highly recommended

Our experience of DM&co has changed our doubtful view of estate agents, as we have nothing but praise for the way they conduct business. My wife's elderly father decided to downsize to a retirement flat, and throughout the process of selling his house, Ann and Daniel kept us in touch every step of the way, and were very considerate of my father in law's frail condition. We were lucky in that the sale went smoothly, but we got the impression that DM&co would go out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible if problems cropped up. I never thought I'd ever give a 'Highly Recommended' for an estate agent, but that's what I'm doing! Thank you Ann, Daniel and team.

Excellent communication throughout....

Thanks to Dominic and especially Daniel for seeing us through this journey. All viewings were well managed and followed up on and news - whether good or bad - fed back to us in real time. The completion process was tricky to say the least with problems at the bottom of the chain - Daniel kept us informed at all times and did his best to keep the momentum going... and now we are moved and settled for Christmas. I recently bought a flat and DM & Co was selling it from the first day of viewing it with Daniel everything has went so smoothly Have to say Daniel is very professional at his job and friendly with it nothing was a problem for him .He always kept me informed of everything that was going on through the sale there was a small misunderstanding which could of delayed the sale a bit which had nothing to do with Daniel but he had it sorted in hours which I was so grateful for thanks again .would highly recommend DM .P&C Carroll.

We received excellent customer service from DM & Co throughout the process of selling our home. From the valuation and producing great photos of our home, organising the viewing, all the way to ensuring we exchanged and completed in a timely fashion, which was particularly complicated due to our purchase being a new build. Superb service

moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful things in life. The service from DM and co made our move light work. DM&Co deserve nothing less than a 5* review. This is the second move we have used them for in the past 18 months. Both times they have been friendly, knowledgeable and so on the ball. Nothing ever feels too much to ask them and they are always willing to help. The team communicate well and get back to you very promptly. Dan has been exceptional and is a real credit to DM&Co. Professional Estate Agents with a Community Spirit

DM&Co Homes were the estate agents representing the vendors when we bought our home 4 years ago. Throughout the process I liaised directly with Dominic Murphy and was highly impressed by his flexible and professional approach. He reguarly made himself available outside of normal working hours on the 'phone and in person and was both straightforward and responsive when it came to handling final negotiations.Since then, DM&Co Homes have shown themselves to be an estate agents with a true community spirit. Dominic and I have kept in contact over the years and now collaborate frequently through a local community charitable organisation where DM&Co have kindly sponsored a number of our fund-raising events. I shopped around estate agencies and had various ones come and look at my house etc, what made me want to go with dm and co? The biggest selling point was how much Olivia seemed to care about me and my house. I just knew that Olivia and her team would make the sale personal which is what I wanted. The fact that dm & co aren't a franchise or a huge corporate entity, makes their customer approach that bit different and much more superior to other estate agencies.Both Gareth and Dan were also wonderful throughout the whole process, keeping in contact with me on a regular basis.I highly recommend dm&co!!

An independent that has more clout than the corporates.

To start with, Ann was fabulous and was the sole reason we went with DM & Co to sell our property. This was fully justified in how she negotiated the deal with the upmost integrity and proficiency where both parties felt they got the best. This is rare in this day and age. This was the fourth time I have used DM and Co to sell / purchase my main residential home. Kathy Griffiths has led the process and the team on each occasion.As we are all aware buying and selling your main home presents many challenges; some you are expecting and then some that come from nowhere and present extra unforeseen and unwelcome challenges.I instruct DM and Co because they have the reputation, credibility and resources to find my buyer and indeed find me a new home - what more do you want?Well once you have found the buyer - you actually require a lot more than you think you do. Outstanding Service!

Can’t thank Dan and the team enough for all their help. We sold our home through purple bricks and bought through DM & Co. We really weren't sure about the process and steps that were involved in buying a home, and DM & Co we’re so helpful through every step of the way. They explained anything we were unsure of, nothing was too much for them. I feel without the team, especially Dan, we would have been a lot more stressed! If we were to move again (hopefully not just yet) we would definitely list with DM & Co, their service is outstanding, and they made the whole process a lot easier. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Where do I start, from the beginning with the visit from Olivia, to the quick enquiries with Gavin, right through the process all the way to the end with Dan, I have been amazed at how brilliant they have been. If you are looking for a friendly, efficient estate agent, DM and Co should be your choice. An excellent estate agents! They give honest valuations without all the fluff and bravado you usually get - after seeing 5 other estate agents they were a breath of fresh air! Olivia is professional, efficient, helpful, empathetic - a credit to Dm&Co Sold my house without any issues or stress - I used a different estate agents and had two failed sales and a very poor experience.
