GoogleHard to know where to start so I’ll try and be concise. We used Dixon’s to sell my wife’s flat. They were very difficult to get hold of, never answered the phone, unprofessional in their email communications, and showed a general disinterest when issues arose on the sale. Ended up communicating with our buyer directly and our seller’s estate agent for updates rather than our own. Would not recommend.

Even though we were going through a national pandemic the team were amazing, my dealings were mainly with Molly who is an absolute gem!! If it wasn't for her I dont think I would of had the patience to wait on my incompetent solicitor!!! Everyone on the team has been amazing, Abi, Pete, they are great at their job, they are an amazing bunch of people and I'm so glad I went with Dixons and had the pleasure of meeting them all! GoogleDixons provided a very efficient and professional service selling our apartment after another agent had struggled to secure a buyer. An offer was received and accepted within two weeks, leaving to an initial feeling that they had earned their fee easily. It was what followed that proved to be invaluable. The buyers' solicitors turned out to be uncommunicative and incompetent and it was only through Dixons continual progress chasing that the sale was actually completed, so in the end the fee was well earned. Molly, in particular, is to be thanked.

GoogleMoving house is generally a very stressful and exhausting experience however Rojan, who was handling my application through from viewing to signing contracts, made the entire process pain free and simple. Communication throughout was consistent, personable and professional. I spoke briefly with Abi and Kristina during my apartment search, they too were lovely, well informed and extremely personable! Thanks for such a smooth transition and I look forward to moving into my new place! Highly recommend the team at Dixons in Moseley!

GoogleDixon’s were brilliant from the valuation (higher than everyone else, but they achieved it) to completion. Great communication, friendly, they persevered and supported us through the whole process. Abi, Pete and Molly were all fantastic.

GoogleWords can not describe how much i appreciate all the help we received from Dixons, from viewing the property with Peter, help from Samar you cant believe the amount of times we contacted him and hes always been a great help, always helpful in every step of the process and not forgetting the lovely Molly so friendly and helpful. The whole team at 95 Alcester rd Moseley are really genuinely helpful. I would personally recommend every one to go to with out hesitant. From a first time buyer 10/10

GoogleI was in the process of buying a property from here, but unfortunately unforseen problems were picked up on the survey. However Dixons were helpful and communicative throughout the process. Molly dealt with my case the most and she was very patient with me and easy to talk to. Samar, the mortgage advisor/broker at Dixon's was also very helpful. I found another property, and Samar continued to deliver the same friendly and reliable service despite the fact I had already paid for him and the property was with a different estate agent. He was never pushy for me to buy a property with Dixon's and willing to help me regardless of what property I chose. All the way through the process he was excellent. I now have an exchange date on the property and am very exited about moving. I found Dixons as a whole very friendly and clear and straight forward at communicating information. They also work very efficiently and are always willing to go the extra mile to help a client.

GoogleWe recently bought a property and sold our property through Dixons in Moseley. The whole process was extremely professional and very well organised for both the sale and the purchase. We believe that Pete Gilbert in particular went above and beyond what we have normally found in an estate agent to ensure that everything went smoothly. He always returned calls promptly and resolved issues very well, he seemed to really care that everything went as well as possible. The other people in the office were also very helpful.
