GoogleI have nothing but great things to say about the guys in the Moseley Branch, they really made the process smoother than it sometimes can be. Abi was great and informative for the initial viewing and Molly was an absolute star on a number of occasions when dealing with setbacks or difficult queries. I want to give a special thanks to Molly as she always went above and beyond :)

GoogleAs a first time buyer it can be daunting buying your first house however Sam was very approachable and very efficient, going through the processes, I was constantly reassured and supported by Sam and kept me updated at all times from the start to finish, he was professional, efficient, honest and straight talking. He told me what should be done, when, how it will be done and most importantly he delivered! Highly recommended!!

GoogleI only have praise for the Moseley team. Becky, the lovely branch manageress is extremely customer focused, totally committed to helping and very flexible in meeting landlord's needs. Becky has found me quite a few tenants over the years and I can't praise the team enough. They are efficient, don't mess about and will do what they commit to doing. I am one very happy landlady. Fantastic! I've used Dixons for over 20 years to deal with my lettings portfolio. I wouldn't dream of using another Letting Agent. I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification.

GoogleI just bought my first house thorough Dixon, Pete Gilbert has been fantastic, I believe that he went above and beyond what I have normally found in an estate agent to ensure that everything went smoothly. He always returned calls promptly and resolved issues very well, he seemed to really care that everything went as well as possible. The other people in the office were also very helpful...

GoogleI had a pleasant and stress free (almost) experience when trying to rent a property via the branch at the aid of Mr. Samuel. Osman-Bott. He is attentive and always keeps me in the loop with clear guidance on the procedures needed for the successful deal. GoogleNever answer and lie about viewing times, not committed to helping people and every time you call you will get voicemail and the voicemail.is not returned happened to me on 3 occasions. When I told staff once I got through she seemed as though she was in school and had no response. Why would you want to sell/buy/rent with people who cannot even be bothered to come to the phone. Avoid.
