GoogleWe purchased our new home through CWB Property with no issues at all. We had communication with both Kate & Ash throughout the process and Kate acted as a great go-between both side's solicitors. Should we come to sell in a few years we will be back for their services again.

GoogleI can’t even put into words the terrible service I recently received from this agency regarding a property I tried to rent. Even giving one star feels way too generous. To start with I booked a viewing for a property in snodland and was one of the first to even view it as it had just been posted. The agent designated to show me around showed up late but I didn’t think much of it at the time. After the viewing I was interested and asked to go forward to secure the property in which I was carefully told the situation and procedure. I went ahead and paid the holding deposit and was told the property was secured and taken off the market and the application I had would then be processed. At this point I was happy I had everything sorted subject to just the referencing left. The property was still on every renting website but I assumed the viewings were all cancelled like I’d been told by multiple staff members. I was told they’d be in touch soon to finalise and days turned into weeks. I had called multiple times and lots of different excuses were given in to what was happening. It also seemed like certain staff members were trying to avoid talking to me in particular. After 2 weeks I receive a phone call from a completely new person I had never spoken to before explaining that someone else has taken the property instead which just couldn’t have been possible without lying to me multiple times about taking the property off the market. To say I’m outraged is an under statement as I was given constant false hope and false information for weeks. Ashley and Warren in particular gave awful service and I can’t discourage anyone else enough to avoid this company if looking to rent. Had all the answers for every question that was asked, and was really quick in getting the property measured and listed with amazing photos. The communication was very good from all the team at CWB they also found us a new buyer with in 2 days for our house when the first buyer fell through. GoogleThis was the worst experience ever! I don't even know where to start... So, I'll just try to tell the story as it happened. I called and a lady, called Annita, gave me an appointment for that same Saturday. Soon after, I get the email about the viewing with the wrong date and time. The date was the same day of when the call happened and the time too. So I thought that there must've been a mistake but since on the email there was "the Covid 19 card" of the rules to follow saying that you had to confirm that you didn't have the virus nor any symptoms of course. I took the occasion to reply and say that the date and time was wrong and that as we discussed I would've showed up on Saturday at the agreed time. Nobody replied not even to say something like: "yes there was a mistake or whatever..." Anyhow, I didn't care too much about that at the time but, when I got there on the day of the viewing nobody was around. So I called. This lady goes on saying non sense about the fact that I didn't have an appointment, when I said that I had the confirmation email with wrong time and day, she goes like: "ah yes, I found you, but it was next Saturday." This was clearly a lie to justify the fact that she couldn't do her job at all. Not even the simplest task. Anyway, she says that her colleague was in the house as we were speaking and that soon he would've been with me. I finally had my viewing with a guy that didn't know nothing at all. He kept saying "I don't know" to all my questions, even the most basic ones, he didn't even have the key for the balcony which was the best feature in the house. In the end, the house was beautiful but we had to say that we would've thought about it just because we were shocked by the negligence of these people and didn't want to get involved with them. Even though, in the end, I called the lady to say that we would've taken it and, since I was near by the agency, I could've come over to sign for the references and if necessary pay a deposit, she then started being rude to me in a way that was so weird and unnecessary. She went like, "I'll send the form on Monday", like if I was an idiot... why would it take 2 days to send something that usually is sent straight away? If you want a stress free process while moving, don't call them!

GoogleWe were really happy with the service we received from CWB. They helped us to achieve a price nearly £100k above what a rival company had valued our property - they really understood the Cuxton market and we would definitely sell through them again in the future. CWB kept us up to date with viewings, offers and correspondence from our buyers via a group WhatsApp chat. The thing I was most pleased about was they did all of the viewings with potential buyers - they really represent good value for money!

The reason why I am so impressed with CWB and the personal support and service I received during the actual sale and all the difficulties and stress that can cause.
