FacebookPut an offer in on a property. They didn't let me even know it wasn't accepted. Didn't bother letting me know the viewing had been cancelled. I ended up phoning them for them to tell me another offer had been accepted. Had to take time off work because they could only do viewings at a certain time. Their apology came a little too late. Let's hope they learn from this

Google2nd time using CWB to sell my home and no complaints. Very helpful throughout the whole process and were great at keeping the chain updated and ensuring it was progressing at every stage.
