GoogleI cannot emphasise enough how brilliant the team at CWB have been during the marketing and sale of my house. Following disappointment with 2 other local estate agents I thought I would never sell. The CWB team were always helpful and kept me updated on any progress as often as possible. They assisted with both solicitors and buyer to give me a common understanding to make the whole process bearable. I would highly recommend CWB above any other agent as they really do look after you.

GoogleWe recently sold our home through CWB, we decided to go with them due to our other agent not getting us a lot of viewings. We were only with CWB for a few days and they sold our property. The whole process was simple, efficient and run very smoothly, all the team are very helpful, attentive and work hard to keep you in the loop, they get outstanding issues resolved quickly, We would 100% use this local business again.

From the initial meeting with Ash (Legend!) to getting the keys to our new house, Warren, Annita and the rest of the team will always have our recommendation to anyone looking to move in the future!!! π

FacebookActually a decent estate agents for a change.I'm not really one for leaving reviews but these guys definitely need some credit for their hard workοΏ½After being messed around with other estate agents for about a year it was a sigh of relief when we were fortunate enough to deal with The lovely people from CWB. We recently bought a house that was up for probate and to further complicate things the seller lives in Australia οΏ½but even still CWB made the entire experience almost painless, they even chased up the solicitors on both sides! οΏ½and they kept us up to date with every stage of the purchase. Over all the best estate agents I have ever come across and would highly recommend to anybody! οΏ½οΏ½

GoogleCWB were our sellers agents. We found then very easy to talk to and when they said they would do something to move the process on, they actually did, no really! Buying and selling a property is never easy and ours took 6 months, none of our relays were down to CWB. It just goes to show that there are some good Estate Agents out there. We would definitely recommend.
