GoogleHave been working with CWB on a number of projects in the last two years and nothing is too much trouble for them, Ashley especially has always been helpful and responsive and CWB worked tirelessly to get our property’s viewed and offered on. They have an amazing community out reach too they are not like your typical robotic estate agents, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Hi Shelley, Thank you for the review and we look forward to working together again, whether thats in property or the community.

FacebookAfter being on the market with another local estate agent, with no success we decided to go on the market with cwb, and what a breath of fresh air, polite honest and informative, but best of all they sold out house! A massive thank you to Zoe for always being at the end of the phone and for your professionalism and politeness! Well done CWB

GoogleI can not recommend CWB enough. As a first time buyer I had no idea the process of buying a home. Warren called me regularly with updates and answered any questions I had, explaining everything so I understood every step and felt comfortable whilst going through them. He and Annita were both professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

GoogleReally happy with my process of selling with CWB. They were fantastic at communicating throughout the process and helpful at answering any queries as we went! They have an excellent understanding of the area which showed in advertising process and were very pleasant to work with through what can be a very stressful process! Big thanks to the team :)

GoogleAsh and Kate provide and unrivalled service. They were the agents for our purchase but went above and beyond helping with our sale and managing other parties involved. We had few issues with our sale but without the help of Ash, it probably would have fallen through. I couldn't recommend their services more. Professional, great communicators and on top of that they're really nice people.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMickey Mouse Outift, constantly ringing us for no apparent reason. Consistently providing misinformation to both sets of solicitors and generally making the whole process unbearable. We have gone so far as to block their number for the final stages as we cant bare to talk to them any more and our solicitors feel the same. Never known anything like it and can understand why people dont use estate agents anymore.
Hi Aaron, I think you have the wrong agency. I cannot find you in the system and have received no complaints, nor problems with any sales that we have moving along.

GoogleWe chose CWB to sell a rental property we had inherited. Everyone we dealt with and spoke to at CWB were very helpful. We had an offer on the property within two days of putting it on the market and a revised offer about a week later and everything completed in around three months. A friendly and professional company and I would definitely recommend them.
Hi Ken, Thank you so much for your lovely review! I am so pleased we could get your house under offer and completed so quickly!

GoogleGreat Customer Service throughout. Warren and his team offered good professional advice. They kept us informed-never had to chase feedback. No sales pressure unlike the agent down the road we were previously signed up with. All viewings were accompanied as arranged. This agent works with you. Thank you CWB for your great service.
