CWB Property Snodland reviews

I moved to this company after being let down and treated very poorly by a well known agent and it's the best thing I've ever done. From start to finish the help and guidance I got was flawless. Constant contact every step of the way and my place was sold in just a couple of weeks after numerous viewings. I would only ever go through CWB now if I move again as everyone of them is worth their weight in gold. Thank u to all the team...

We sold our house with CWB as we wanted to go with someone local to the area. Within a week of our house being on the market it was sold, and I feel this was completely due to CWB because of their experience in this field. We were initially let down with the moving van on completion day which was arranged through CWB but as soon as they realised the mistake they arranged another van for us, free of charge. Very good service throughout and very responsive to answering any questions we had.

I would have no hesitation in recommending CWB, they sold our house within a week but most importantly they were open and transparent with everything. Their avenues of communication are first class and always kept me up to date with what was going on. Ashley and Kate are easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Sometimes estate agents have a bad reputation occasionally this is justified. However, I can honestly say this doesn’t ring true of the service I have received by this company. Going by my experience, I would happily use them again. Although, I have to say I really don’t want it to be for a very, very long time :)

Having been an estate agent myself in the village for over 20 years I was not going to be the easiest customer for Cwb as I knew the process very well. HOWEVER ! Not only was my house sold inside of a week but Kate hunter is a true blessing to the company. She progressed my sale with complete integrity and was very good with both myself as the vendor and my purchaser. I would highly recommend Cwb Louise

I've had CWB looking after my rental property for over a year now and I couldn't be any happier with them, Warren and his team are doing a brilliant job, I always like to support local businesses and was pleased to find a new letting agent in Snodland , since they started their share of the property market has increased, driving through the village you see more and more of their boards, just goes to show the effort that they put in is paying off . I was amazed how quickly they found me a Tenant, vetted and financially checked plus gathered references, I leave everything to them , over a year on and still happy with my decision, Chris Burgess 😎

I found CWB to be very friendly and extremely helpful going above and beyond when it came to helping us move. A special mention to Warren and Zoe who helped us out when we needed to give our moving process a shove. Highly recommended. Thank you !

We were recommended CWB by a friend and are so glad we listened! Their communication was great, we could always get hold of someone when we needed to and they kept us up to date throughout the whole process. A member of the team was always available to show prospective buyers around so we didn’t have to (something another estate agent never seemed to manage in the past). They worked hard to both secure an offer and then get the sale across the line; chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. As time went on it was clear we had the most honest of all the estate agents in the chain too! Highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

A really good estate agent with a desire to work hard to complete a sale. After a very long period of waiting for outstanding enquiries from third parties I was fortunate enough to gain the assistance of CWB’s Zoe and with her help the enquiries were chased continually and as such were finalised far quicker than anticipated. Thanks to all for your assistance, with special mention to Zoe who’s dedication and professionalism can only serve as a huge asset to this company.

After getting a few estate agents out to value my property, I decided to proceed with CWB. Their professionalism and communication from start to finish was excellent, I would highly recommend them. Kate and Vicky in particular really stood out, I cannot thank them enough for helping me to sell my property.

Where do I start amazing service from start to finish we used CWB to purchase the house we are now in and wished we’d have used them to sell a property too. They helped us out where our own estate agent failed and went above and beyond to provide us an amazing and smooth transition and service. If we were ever to sell we would definitely use CWB as our estate agent. To anyone considering using CWB I would highly recommend.

Ashley and Kate at CWB have been the most incredible property agents I have ever worked with. This was my 6th house move and of all the sales agents I have used , CWB have been the best! Throughout the end to end process we have had regular dialogue, conversations and updates. Their customer service ethics are second to none…. The team go the the extra mile to make sure they take the stress out of the moving process. I have enjoyed every minute of working with Kate and Ashley.. highly recommend this fabulous team.

We moved with CWB property earlier this year. I was always able to speak to someone on the phone. I loved the fact that they also used WhatsApp to communicate which fit ideally in to my busy lifestyle and helped with quick responses. They were always open and helpful with their communications, they kept me in the loop and were always approachable. They provided a personable and friendly service throughout and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Could not have been any happier with CWB's service. From the day they valued our property they constantly kept us up to date about marketing and viewings. They found a first time buyer within 2 weeks at the full asking price. They saw the sale through to completion and we were kept updated at all time. We would highly recommend this company if you are buying or selling a property. Well done CWB!! Richard and Elaine.

Excellent service and turn around time. I was shown around a rental property by Courtney and i was in within a couple of days. She was quick to respond to my emails and everything just sailed smoothly. I cannot recommend this firm and their proffessional personel Courtney enough. Thank you so much for your help.
