GoogleMy daughter and myself have been renting a house for nearly 2 years with CWB. Having been the first time we have rented Warren and his team at CWB have made it very easy for us and talked us through the whole process. We have regular inspections and any issues that have arisen have been dealt with efficiently. Warren and his team are always polite and nothing is to much. We would highly recommend CWB.

GoogleCWB were not appointed by us, instead we bought a property though them. From the moment we enquired to view the house through to exchange of contracts, CWB have been brilliant. We were particularly impressed by the fact we had regular interaction with the owner and how responsive all of the team were with changes. Particularly when faced with set backs. GooglePurchased my buy to let through CWB and fully managed by them. Now selling with CWB and sold with one open day with multi viewers on the day and half of them wanting to buy. Ashleigh, Kate Warren and Dawn have all been so helpful, regular updates and excellent communication. Both on the purchase and the sale linking with solicitors and both parties to keep things moving. GoogleWe sold our with CWB in February. It was a slow sale but no fault of CWB, they set up a WhatsApp group and communicated daily, chasing the relevant people and kept things moving. The actual sale of our house was super quick, one full day open house and we received a good amount of offers off that. I would certainly recommend CWB to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FacebookAlthough we technically weren’t CWB’s client, we purchased a property that they sold. I can honestly say that without Warren’s involvement, the purchase wouldn’t have gone through. We had an extremely difficult vendors solicitor to deal with, and CWB were perfect middle men, and really did get this over the line. Warren truly went above and beyond, was the primary line of daily communication and assisted us every painful step of the way. Warren remained calm and professional at all times, and was incredibly sympathetic when we had failed to exchange 4 days in a row. It really was superb support. We don’t plan on moving again any time soon, but wouldn’t hesitate to use you guys when we do.

GoogleCannot fault CWB they go above and beyond. They sold my Dads house this year and was always there for us. If we had any problems with solicitors or buyers they were straight on the case and would sort it out for us. I would totally recommend them. I also love the community aspect about them. Lovely, friendly people who do a wonderful job
