I recently moved house with the help of CWB property services. I had been looking for a while and missed out on a couple of properties in the Halling area. One particular member of the agency staff, Kate, knew I was looking for a particular type of property and when CWB were asked to value something similar Kate phoned me to ask if I would like her to arrange a viewing if she could arrange it with the current owners who were still contemplating selling. They did agree to my viewing the property and I was able to have an offer accepted before it actually went on the open market. Would definitely recommend CWB as an estate agent. We were for sale with another agent for 3 months and only 1 viewing, we felt forgotten. Changed to CWB and the viewings came rolling in. We hit a few bumps in the road with the joys of various lockdowns but we successfully sold in the end and found our dream house. We’d had a few different agents round to value and we found that only CWB had a genuine knowledge of the area and decent valuation of our home. Others had a flat rate no matter the value which meant they really weren’t needing to try to get the best price. We went up for sale Friday afternoon and had 3 viewings the following day. Communication for viewings and feedback was fab and we had an agreed sale at asking price exactly 4 weeks after our advert went live! After then the cwb team were fab at helping us liaise with our buyers and pushing along solicitors too. One of the best estate agents ever, after an awful experience with a more known agent we signed up with CWB on the Thursday on the Saturday we had around 15 Viewings, several offers put forward and one accepted. Warren and Ash were absolutely a pleasure to deal with their composure on the phone kept you calm even though this was a stressful time, Ashley's photo's were excellent and really made our property shine. Whilst this was on paper a straightforward sale with a short chain, I felt so lucky to have Kate managing it because there were bumps that came along which she artfully managed by communicating between both buyers and sellers to reach a good outcome for both.
