My husband and I moved into our lovely rental in January. Thanks to Lisa the entire process was smooth and hassle free. She was absolutely brilliant from the first email right until move in day and always ready to answer any and all of our questions. It’s 6 months on and we are so happy. Thanks Lisa for your excellent services.

Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. Very effective and organised. A tenant was found within a few days of listing the property. Lisa also helped with finding someone to do an electrical certificate at short notice. We will be using them again for all our properties.

CWB were very helpful during the process of buying our property. A special thanks to Kate for keeping us updated throughout, through the use of a what's app group which we found especially helpful to keep up to date on a weekly basis of the progress. The gift box on completion was a lovely touch too!

Ashley kept in touch regularly, chasing up solicitors when needed, very good communication and very professional approach. So thankful to all the team at CWB especially Ashley as he dealt with the majority of my purchase and successfully completed in time for stamp duty holiday!! Which was amazing 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I just bought my current property through CWB. I can only compliment them and especially Kate for being so helpful and diligent. When things were not going easily with the solicitors, she stepped in and made things work. Extremely pleasurable to do business with people who still believe in customer service and take pride in what they do. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

First class from start to finish. Weren't pushy or give a hard sell when we first enquired and were relaxed and simple. Ash gave us all the info and left us to make an easy choice. We had nearly 30 viewings for our open house just a week after listing (photos etc were brilliant), which was dealt with by Anita who did a great job. We ended up getting multiple offers and accepting just two days later! Kate was amazing dealing with the whole process, chasing multiple useless solicitors and estate agents - their communication was outstanding and BY FAR the most professional and simplest compared everyone else in our chain. Choosing CWB was definitely the right decision and would 100% choose them again in the future. Great price, amazing team, awesome communication. Forget the big firms and high street agents who don't care - these guys know what they're doing and get what it means to their clients. Thanks to Warren and the whole team! 10/10

We’re delighted we chose CWB to market our house. They provided a model service, secured plenty of viewings in a tricky market, and managed the viewing and sale process seamlessly. What sets CWB apart is its outstanding communication- we had a WhatsApp group managing all communications relevant to the sale, which meant that queries were dealt with incredibly quickly and always felt like we understood the sale progress. Having now dealt with other agencies during our onward purchase, I can honestly say that CWB is head and shoulders above many of its competitors and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks so much!

My faith has been restored in estate agents. Ashley and Kate were amazing, they were honest and kept us updated through the whole process. The friday night updates via whatsapp were great. and commination via WhatsApp was also really handy especially when your busy and you want to ask a quick question.

We instructed CWB with limited knowledge of their work. However, from our first meeting and the confidence they provided, we decided to instruct. The quality of the photos were excellent, the ongoing comms excellent from first viewing to exchange and finally completion. The simple addition of a WhatsApp group as a communication platform meant we could consistently be kept updated and special thanks to Kate for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CWB, in fact we already have! Thank you so much for making such a stressful process as painless as possible.

CWB were great and sold my property really quickly. It was an empty property so they did the viewings for us. It sold really quickly but took ages to go through and Kate was really helpful sorting out the solicitors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, thank you all.
