Very poor customer service, not at all reliable. Being a first time buyer we had many concerns and quires. They didnt even try to understand that.Evenafter realising and visualising seroius issues on a property tried to push for sale . Kate was the one who atleast was approachable . Received very arrogant attitude from other staff. Would not recommend for buyers,especially first time buyers. We didnt ssk for a price reduction of 50000 pound ,that was the estimated price for the work needed in that property. Even after identifying serious issues I dont think as a buyer we should agree for the same price.

I left good feed back 5 years ago but not so now , the two chaps who use to run the show was great but trying to deal with a newer person Courtney is a waste of time , ok when taking the money but when it comes to call backs and emails she’s usless , it’s all about the money , could not recommend this company these days I’m afraid……sorry ! This company is efficient, well managed and staff professional, polite and knowledgeable. I am very glad I used them to rent my property and will always use them where I can in the future.

Sold through CWB recently, their prices were competitive to others in the area and there were no hidden or unexpected costs involved. They presented our house well online and arranged viewings around our schedule, we had a good offer come through very quickly and communication from them thereafter was very good throughout. There was a minor mistake made with some paperwork but this was resolved quickly. Overall we had a good experience with CWB and would recommend them as a very good local option.

We bought our first home through CWB back in March this year. Kate was absolutely amazing at helping us throughout the entire process- I couldn’t ask for a better estate agent to work with! She was always only a phone call away, easy to get hold of, answered every question (no matter how silly) & even created a WhatsApp group for easy communication whilst we were at work. First class from start to finish. Weren't pushy and didn't give a hard sell when we first enquired and were relaxed and simple. Ash gave us all the info and left us to make an easy choice. We had nearly 30 viewings for our open house just a week after listing (photos etc were brilliant), which was dealt with by Anita who did a great job. We ended up getting multiple offers and accepting just two days later! Kate was amazing dealing with the whole process, chasing multiple useless solicitors and estate agents - their communication was outstanding and BY FAR the most professional and simplest compared everyone else in our chain. Choosing CWB was definitely the right decision and would 100% choose them again in the future. Great price, amazing team, awesome communication. This lovely lady has worn her heart on her sleeve throughout my registration , booked viewings and all the way to the end to finding me and my daughter our property. My mother, Sheila, who is in her eighties recently sold her house and purchased a new property, both with CWB. The service she received was outstanding, especially from Kate and Ashley. As I don't live in the UK I was not able to help much and she was very nervous about the whole process. But right from the start Kate and Ashley looked after her. She found a bungalow with them but unfortunately the seller then decided not to move. Mum was worried about losing her buyer and out of panic was ready to buy a house but Ashley and Kate knew the stairs would be a problem for her and went out of their way to find a bungalow that was not yet listed on the market. The after sales service she received was incredible. Not being computer literate they helped her with everything; liaising with the lawyer on her behalf and making sure she could cope with the paperwork. She really would have struggled without them. She has just moved into her new bungalow and could not be happier - and it is all thanks to Ashley and Kate. Wow, what an amazing service i have received from CWB! After a really difficult 6 months trying to get my sale through, Kate could not have done more for me. From finding a buyer within 3 days, and putting up with me hassling her for 6 months day in, day out. I was never made to feel a problem, and nothing was too much to ask. The whole process from start to finish was dealt with in a super professional manner, the team especially Ashley and Kate were on hand to help with any enquiries or issues. The whole move took around 6 months, but this was due to the others in the chain, we finally got there in the end, the surprise welcome package when we picked the keys up was a lovely gesture also.
