October 2021: Thank you Chancellors Slough for the great moving experience! From the helpfulness and professionalism that Scott displayed from flat viewings to assisting me to secure the offer on the property I deemed most suitable, to the friendly helpful follow-ups that the team showed during offer to reference checking stages. Overall I had a great experience, highly recommended! UPDATE March 2022: Do not do business with Chancellors! They rented out to me a property that was infested and unlicensed, and I became very ill living there - toxic mould and exposure. After I figured out what was causing my extreme illness after 3 months living there, I contacted Chancellors for help. They were unresponsive, negligent and ignored my many pleas to conduct health & safety checks and repairs on the property. It was only after I contacted Slough Borough Council for help that it became known they were illegally renting out an unlicensed property to me, and I was thankfully able to leave to save my life and health. 4 months of hell! Do not rent at 73 Verona Apartments, Slough. Not a safe home at all, and beware of Chancellors - they conduct dodgy business!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I wish 0 stars was an option! Chancellors are the worst agents in Slough. They never answer the phone, and when you do get through to someone they are from another department and will say that someone will call you back but you won't ever receive the call back. Would not even waste my time on these guys, they are so unprofessional and do not take anyone seriously.

A very professional approach provided good sound advice before the sale, this made me decide Chancellors, there were four others! Thereafter kept me informed with regular updates arranged a load of viewings and provided all the necessary support. The property had a buyer within four weeks!! Always kept me in the picture and office support always available to answer any queries!! I am not only impressed but also very grateful to James Drobik who for me was the face of Chancellors and to all support staff! Well done Chancellors!

You always hear about help for first time buyers, but what happens when those first time buyers become first time sellers? We were so nervous about the whole house selling thing as we had never done it before. We had bought, but had never sold. Our experience with the Slough team at Chancellors, in particular Chris, Lucie and Paul has been fantastic. We were able to ask any questions we had - however ridiculous they felt - and made to feel like the team were always there to help us. The process was quick - a lot quicker than we had anticipated - with an offer being put in within two days of the house being marketed. Chris and the team worked hard to ensure all viewings were done out of the way of our children and kept us informed of all the feedback from viewers so we got a general picture of how the house was being seen by others. In our wildest dreams we would never have expected such a smooth selling experience. Despite it all happening quickly we have never felt pressurised. In fact the reverse. I think we felt we needed to act fast whereas Chris was encouraging us to slow down and think about things. We were presented with all the options for every decision we needed to make and felt fully informed about every step we were taking. Chancellors Slough have certainly made our experience as first time sellers a lot less daunting than we imagined and with a quick sale at the asking price what more could we want?! Thank you everyone for all your help.

I would like to share my experience with chancellors. I want to start with that they are completely unprofessional. I was booked viewing property for investment almost week ahead. Day before viewing around 16:00 I received call from office(Mahmood) to reconfirm about booked time for viewing, all was confirmed. Next morning getting ready for viewing at 12:00 but unfortunately on the last minute around 10:30 mahmood again called and said my booking has been cancelled, i mean how can you expect this, took day off from work particularly to view property can’t imagine how unprofessional they are. Terrible Service. Avoid Disappointment & Go Elsewhere. I must admit there are several property agencies who respect your valuable time. In September 2020 we made the grave mistake of stepping into Chancellors Slough and signing a sole agency agreement to sale our flat. In November 2020 we accepted an offer and made the second mistake in this debacle of instructing their "recommended " Solicitors. It felt like a call centre. After massive delays caused by our solicitors the buyer pulled out right before exchange in June 2021. For eight months we credulosly believed Chancellors that all was going well with false updates. The Financial loss of an empty flat for so long will be felt for years to come.
