GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. No one from the Slough branch will ever call you or respond to your queries. Head office will book viewing and then when you call for a confirmation they say "oh we are a support network, we cannot do anything". Wouldn't reccomd you going through these agents. Completely rubbish and waste of time. They need to get their act together. Sellers beware. Buyers, avoid at all cost.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleBad attitude with customer am going with my wife someone referred us for two bedroom flat. But staff are very busy to talking each other just take my number no details nothing. Please be responsible with your work it’s business for you but other hand is hope of home.

GoogleAbsolutely useless. And that’s an understatement. I made an offer on a rental property, and over a week later I’m still chasing them. They don’t pick up the phone, and when they do, they say someone will be in touch. Bunch of jokers if you ask me.

GoogleGeorge Rai the manager and Curtis Knight the sales associate were very efficient and helpful,,Curtis gave me some useful information on extending the annex which was a detached garage away from the property and George tied the deal up a day later when I made an offer on the property,the sale is going through now hopefully before 31st of March to save the stamp duty.Paul Townsend.

GoogleBobby Panesar and team relet my property ahead of the tenants moving out. I was extremely pleased that I did not have any time lapsed between rentals. Bobby also shared valuable knowledge of all certifications requirements and helped source appropriate individuals to complete requirements. I would definitely recommend Bobby for his professionalism to any future BTL landlords.

GoogleIf just want fool your customers by showing the rented properties on Zoopla or right to move and you really like to take unnecessary call from the customer then why can’t you open and free call center for them, this is really annoying when some is calling you don’t even bother to talk to them. This is frustrating
