GoogleSorry looks like my message never went through, let's start again then shall we . We have contacted your estate agents several of times on right move and zoopla even called. We dealt with someone by the name of mahmood came late to a viewing didn't even have a clue about the property. We were interested in other properties we thought he would be promising but wasn't at all its a shame that we had to take our investments elsewhere as we were serious buyers, don't think your employer had a motive at all to help us hence the 1 star rating.

GoogleTried selling my property via this estate agent that says they where the best.when the valuation took place we did say there was 2 owner my ex wife and myself.after 3 or so weeks I got the contract and signed then did my security/money laundering checks. We kept chasing as my ex wife still had not received a contract to sign.shortly after I spoke with someone I received an email saying I owe them money as they cancelled my contract under frustration and that I had not done my security checks which I had done. They said they have stopped marketing my property for which I’ve not see pictures or even description of the advertisement. I’m now being threatened with legal action for money that they say I owe. Stay clear of these and make sure you use email which I have done as evidence for which I will use in court if it goes that far.
Still after emailing Chris after I posted this I’m still find it frustrating that they still sending me request for money when they have not even provided a service. I really would recommend anyone selling there property to not use Chancellors. They cancel your contract and then demand for money under frustration and not getting the facts and evidence to back them selfs up. I will be seeking legal action against them now with my evidence.

GoogleI don't recommend this agency to anyone! i made and offer on the property I viewed and it was accepted in first week of Jan'18. I waited for the completion for 4 months as sellers was not responsive to my queries. I requested Chancellors to speak to the owner and help me to get the information in mid March'18 and they said they can't help I should only deal with my Solicitor. In the month of April'18 around 20th I have to withdraw from the transaction. Chancellor referred me to Life Time Legal at begging of the transaction and I took the mover protection as advised by them but when it comes to pay my claim for the expenses Life time legal are not ready to pay and finding reason not to pay the amount. I won't recommend anyone to go through with anyone.
