GoogleI have registered myself multiple times and called multiple times about two properties I was interested in. Once they canceled the booking half an hour ago and we were told we'll be contacted to rearrrange which never happened. The supposedly auto-generated property alert emails are never according to our requirements. Complete disinterest and lack of communication. It would've been better to tell us right away that they do not want to consider us as potential tenants, atleast I'd be a little less frustrated.

GoogleThe process couldn't have been worse of an experience. Staff are clueless and unresponsive. Property dealings fell through (thankfully, wouldn't have wanted to deal with them long term) but I was also illegally put down as liable for the council tax - which I was just informed by a debt collector - even though I never exchanged contracts or moved into the property. Wouldn't advise my worst enemy to use their services.

GoogleI’ve had a great experience working with Ahsan as he had gone above and beyond to help me find the right tenant and answer any questions I’ve had along the way. Initially I was a little sceptical as to how the agents at Chancellors would be as I have worked with other agencies and agents who have promised things and never delivered, however Ahsan and Chancellors exceeded expectations 10 fold! Highly recommend to use these guys!

Excellent service throughout, Bobby was very professional, knowledgeable and patient in helping me find my first tenants. I was skeptical at first but they found me a tenant within 24 hours. GoogleI rented my first home with the help of chancellors- slough, Sonia Dhiman is the representative from chancellors who helped me a to get my first home ready. I came from India on February 5. In my home country me and my family lived in our own ancestral home, this is why I quoted before that this is my first home. I appreciate the effort of Sonia to find the suitable home for me. Emily from the sales progression team kept us informed of the progress and updated all sides throughout the process. Prior to the sale, Chancellors Letting managed our property. Bobby explained the process in detail and was able to arrange for tenants we had in mind, and as a result our property was returned back to us in time end of contract.
