Very Good Experience… I have had a extremely good experience with Slough Chancellors. Both Mitch and Katherine were very easily approachable, extremely professional and communication from both was best all the time. Mitch has been very professional , arrived on time and gave me a great tour of the property and kept me in loop with the updates. Although this time I couldn’t buy the property I was interested in, I won’t hesitate to use Slough Chancellors services for either buying or selling any future property. Called to book viewing and was told 11th Jan 3:30pm will be the only time viewings will take place so it was booked. No calls yesterday so called today to confirm that viewing is going ahead and have been told that there is no viewing booked under our name. Previously, we have viewed property with this agent and there was no follow up calls by the agents. There is a mix of good and no good estate agents in Slough. I would put this company in 'No good' category.

I rented a flat in Slough through Chancellors Slough Office, entire experience from start to finish was terrible . After moving in into the flat i realized entire flat is smoke infested since a heavy smoker used to live there previously , after multiple follow ups they arranged for cleaning but cigarette smell never went away, this created health issues for me for months . After I vacated the flat it took me more then 3 months to get my deposit back which was only returned after I filed a complaint with TDS, that too with heavy deduction. Stay away if possible from this agency.

I loved the size of the living room and new bathroom was a bonus along with the combi boiler and own private back garden was a hit. The 2nd bedroom was just too small and even though the kitchen had new kitchen doors I found the dark colour of the kitchen cupboards made the kitchen feel smaller than it actually was. Adelphi Gardens did appear to be a nice road are to live on and the service/maintenance charge at £600.00 is good compared to the few others I have looked at. And through no fault of the seller as it was the first time I had been to Slough I personally did not find the town high street to my liking

Very poor experience, I have finalised a deal for one property, and I paid for searching fees , mortgage advisor fees and after paying all the seller’s are not agreed to move forward. It’s a heart break for me & my family. And more over I am not getting any support from chancellor team they are not responding my mail. Please think twice before reaching out to chancellor team. This can be done with you also.

Disappointing Experience, Avoid if You're Looking to Buy or Rent! I would not recommend this agency, especially if you're a first-time buyer or renter. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating. When I first moved to Slough, I was looking to rent a property and reached out to them. Unfortunately, they never got back to us. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, leaving us to figure things out on our own. A year later, we decided to buy a property and, despite our previous experience, we tried to give them another chance. We found a listing we were interested in and answered all their questions to book a viewing. After two months of waiting, we finally received a call saying the property was no longer available, but they had another option. We booked a viewing for this new property, but when we arrived, they had no record of our appointment. My wife and I ended up wasting our entire morning. Overall, I strongly advise against using this agency. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Avoid them if you can!
