GoogleVery bad customer service and poor knowledge about the property they are trying to advertise. I asked a couple of questions about the bills while viewing the property and the agent Simon Randhawa did not have any kind of information and said all those information were in office. Seriously? I was about to make a deal, but declined it because of the way he spoke to me later in a call. Would not recommend to anyone due to their unprofessional approach.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

It is very refreshing to find an Estate agent that goes over and above to help the customer. They have restored my faith in estate agents. GoogleAfter moving to the UK my first apartment was rented through Addison Giles and I've stayed with them for 1,5 year. They are professional and during that time I had no reason to complain. Before moving out I've heard multiple stories about agencies that try to keep at least part of the deposit but with them, it was not the case. If you're wondering which agency to choose - look no further, with them you're in good hands.

GoogleWhen we moved into house we were happy that they haven't charged us with check in fees but now when we left the house they are finding ways to charge money like dust on outside of the window, dust in bathroom extractor fan etc. Apart from above negative aspect they are very flexible with dates they extended my notice period without any question, and quick in fixing the problem, friendly manager and staff especially simon and monica.

They were very responsive to any queries I had and as a first time renter there was a lot! They have made my first renting experience so hassle free and easy. I couldn't recommend Addison Giles more!
