GoogleBest service I’ve ever had from an Agency. I was looking for a house for months, Addison Gills was the only one agency who helped me and found me a really nice and clean apartment. Once I requested the viewing Kay called me and she was really helpful.

GoogleIf I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Travelled 20 miles to view a property and was not told the viewing was cancelled until I was outside the property. No email no text not even a courtesy phone call. Disgraceful. Everytime I called I was told someone would get back to me and I always had to phone back. If you are looking for a nice quick transition into a new property. Stay clear of Addison Giles. They will waste your time and money.

GoogleVery rude person and very unprofessional in his approach towards tenants. He will lie at drop of a hat to convince you and then harass and abuse. Very incompetent and won't repair things in the apartment for 4 motnhs. At the end of tenancy, Director will quote an inflated amount and abuse to get maximum money from the deposit. He will be very nice at the beginning, but his true character will be shown when you decide to leave his services.
