GoogleI won't recommend to rent property from addison giles if you want to save your money. I had several issues in the property from which some are delt with efficiently and some are not. I had an issue with my master bedroom due to dampness and mould which I had reported several times but no solution was found to solve the problem. And due to mould and fungus my health was bad, water was dripping out of the wall socket which was major concern of health and safety. There were other several issues with the property which I have reported but in return they blame me with out any investigation. Cutting story short, they didn't raised any damage in the property during their periodic inspections neither they gave me any inspection report with any concerns. Finally I left the property clean and tidy but they made inspection of the property without my presence and gave final bill of damages of whooping amount. Now how would I have accept the damages after 8 days of handing over the property keys. However next day after handing over the keys, agency called me saying that the keys are wrong and they have to break the property door and I will get charged for that. Eventually they manage to find the right keys. When the time of returning deposited, they threatened me of solicitor and told me to sacrifice all my deposites. Now who is responsible for the demage of my health due to dampness and fungus in the property which was not investigated and fixed after several complains. After staying for several years in the property, they don't recognise wear and tear in the property. I am really disappointed with management.

GoogleMy wife and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your firm for acting on our behalf for the sale of our property. As a seller there were a few things that we really wanted from any agent that represented the property we were selling:
1: The property was valued at the correct market rate
2: We were kept up to date throughout the process
3: Any questions we had were answered within a timely manner
I can honestly say that this was the first time we worked with an agent that was able to tick all 3 of those boxes. Simon was extremely professional and courteous throughout and even when the sellers ran into a bit of trouble, Simon kept us in the loop.
