GoogleIf it was possible to rate this agency in negative i would. The worst place to exist , if you want to waste your hard earned money, they would gladly do it for you. We made the mistake of talking to one of the agents name Kay Randhawa at the agency who were responsible for renting our property. First of all, she is the most rude person who would call you and literally scream at you to get you to submit the documents. They asked us to give them the holding deposit so they could begin the reference for which they did not help at all we had to provide all the reference document through an online bot called goodlord which kept crashing. When tried to call the reference team they said all our references passed and this Kay agent would say otherwise and kept delaying our move in date telling us our reference has not passed to the point where she said the landlord has refused to let the property because of delay and they will not return our deposit money. Worst agency who would just steal your money off you by telling you that your references failed even if they passed

GoogleWe came here today 6 th of February to sign the contract for a new flat . Monica was very nice , and very helpful and she explained everything and she was smiling and offered some drinks . It was not a boring experience like signing a lot of paperwork but nice because we were relaxed . We would recommend her highly

GoogleReally staff are not helpful and do not even help to fill up reference we have to do everything by us. Asking many documents again and again by reference agency and same time Addison Giles ask you send a document I don’t feel even safe to share by personal documents with them They charged us £415 for reference and denied us return back . Reason they give to us for not returning money because they said it’s cost of reference agency they hired but it’s not our problem if they hire agency for reference they can do references by themselves Reason to deny for rent house : landlord answer not properly but else all fine I think they make lots of money by only reference because It’s easy money to make I really disappointed with agency and never suggested anyone. Please ignore this liar agent
