GoogleAll staff at Addison Giles are amazing, the communication the service and experience was a 10/10 for me. Kay, Tiana and Natasha were all really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for our move. Special thanks to Kay for going above and beyond at the last minute to make sure all documents were signed and transfers were all done ensuring we had the key for the move in date. Thanks to all at Addison Giles.

Simon and his team kept me informed of my house sale and purchase consistent communication and buying and selling with one agent has made this a stress free experience. I highly recommend this Estate agent for their professionalism and positive approach in all aspects of buying and selling a property. I have used them many times before and wouldn’t entertain any other agents.

From the very start, they were proactive, professional, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. I was regularly updated by Simon and always knew exactly where things stood. One of the standout aspects of the service was their ability to manage the entire sale, particularly with the buyer's solicitor being slower than expected. Simon played a crucial role in facilitating communication between all parties to ensure everything stayed on track. His support went above and beyond, and I felt completely confident in his expertise every step of the way. GoogleBoth Natasha and Kate worked very diligently to secure my family and I into a 2 bedroom apartment. Our situation was a bit complicated as we are new to the UK (Although British Citizens) and didn't fit neatly into every box. Our current flat was being overrun by damp and mold and although we reported this to our landlord, he simply didn't show any real interest in sorting the matter. Natasha and Kate worked as a team to meticulously and efficiently ensure that we secured the property. They worked with the reference agency and was a liaison between us, the reference agency and our landlord. They persisted and we overcame! They are the best! We are moving into a dry, clean, safe, modern flat just in time for the holidays; all thanks to the super energetic and professional team of ladies! Natasha even assisted while on her very posh vacation...LOL!!! Thanks Natasha and Kate. You ladies are the best tag team pair, ever! Our family are eternally grateful to you. All the very best! GoogleComplete waste of time. I viewed multiple flats and submitted an application, after which I was told they were all gone or in referencing. I received no follow-up or update, despite the properties later reappearing as available, even at a lower price than my original offer. When I called back, I was initially told there was availability. As soon as I gave my name and it was clear I had previously applied, I was told the “systems were down” and that I would receive a call back. No call ever came. When I followed up again, I was told everything was gone once more. When I questioned this, the agent (Tiana) became defensive and spoke in a rude, condescending manner, offering no real answers. The whole experience felt inconsistent, unprofessional, and very difficult to trust. I was left feeling misled and completely messed around. 1 star is generous, I would not recommend.

Natasha was absolutely lovely when showing us the rental property, she was friendly, professional, and made the viewing process smooth and enjoyable. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Kay, who was equally wonderful. She explained the next steps of the rental process in detail, making everything clear and easy to understand. Their excellent customer service has made my experience with Addison Giles truly pleasant, and I highly recommend them!

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this agency. After taking the property, there has been very poor support and disappointing customer service. Especially Simon and Kay, their behaviour is unprofessional and they really need to improve how they deal with people. Overall, a frustrating experience.

GoogleI would like to thank Addison Giles, especially Natasha for being proactive, responsive and extremely professional. She was helpful from day one and understood our needs and problems patiently. After being let down by many other estate agents, who would either never respond or take days, but Natasha made sure that we were well taken care of :) The entire process was quick and seamless. We are very thankful to Natasha for making things easy and helping us with everything, and for providing information on parking, etc as we are new to the area. We would recommend their services to everyone and are happy to provide them a five star rating. Thank you Natasha and Addison Giles.

GoogleVery disappointing experience and poor communication. I called the agent to arrange a viewing and it was originally booked for 11:15am. My wife then called to move the viewing slightly later so I could also attend, and the agent confirmed that 11:45am was the latest available time. I left work and travelled one hour to get to the property, only to find out that the viewing was never changed and had already gone ahead at 11:15. No one from the agency called me to update or inform us of any changes. The lack of communication and consideration was extremely unprofessional. We were looking to rent for a minimum of 12 months and were even considering buying in the area through this agency in the future, but after this experience we will not be using this agent again. Terrible service from start to finish.
