Simon has positively responded to certain points that I was concerned about. The agreement was signed off and was satisfied with the agency service given thru Simon. FacebookBeen with this company for 3 years as a tenant words cant explain how professional they have been. Any problems have dealt witn swiftly and the communication is 5 star. I feel they really care about there tenants as much as there landlords.
