About Dawsons Sketty

The suburban district of Sketty is located about 2 miles to the west of the Swansea City Centre. Sketty is within walking distance of Swansea University, Singleton Hospital, Wales's Olympic pool, Olchfa School, Gower College and Swansea bay. In addition we are surrounded by many local amenities, independent coffee shops, local pubs and bars, award winning restaurants and Singleton park which plays host to various events/concerts including BBC Proms. We are delighted to have been awarded GOLD for 'Letting Agent of the Year 2015', by the Sunday Times.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Dawson's. My property had been listed with another agent for a long time with no positive movement. When I switched to Dawson's, everything changed. From the start to the end of the process, the team displayed professionalism. Thanks to new pictures, their client databases, and effective marketing, we quickly received viewings, leading to offers. Communication was always efficient, timely, and honest. I received regular updates via emails and phone calls, along with knowledgeable advice. Dawson's made the sale stress-free and managed it better than I could have expected. We changed Estate Agents to Dawsons when the sale of our property kept on falling through last minute by the previous agent. Dawsons completed it at the first opportunity. They have gone about it very professionally and Selina was great in chasing the deal through to the end.

We have finally completed our purchase of a fabulous property in the Maritime Quarter. The whole process was overly long and drawn out, super stressful due to the vendor's incompetent solicitors. Thank goodness for the team at Dawsons who did their best to support us and get this deal done in very trying circumstances!!
