FIRST CLASS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Dawsons at Sketty has offered me a first class service which started on day one when my house was valued and put on the market. Following each viewing I was updated at the earliest opportunity and any issues that arose were resolved with no fuss and always with enthusiasm and a can do approach. The exchange / completion proved to be rather protracted but full credit must go to both Helen and Alison who drove the deal forward offering sensible advice and a cool head throughout. They both went above and beyond to bring a positive resolution for all concerned. I cannot offer high enough praise for this small team who are galvanised by the experience, professionalism and dedication of Alison Morris. Many thanks also to Sian, Natalie and Christine. Excellent, professional and caring

I found the ladies at Sketty to be so helpful and would always keep me informed of everything that was happening regarding the sale of my property. I dealt a lot with Helen, Natalie and Sian. I liked them bringing examples of properties in the area that they had dealt with recently to give an idea of the prices in the area on the initial meeting. Although I had an idea of price myself, this helped me decide and I am pleased to say that I received my full asking price. Although my main contact was Helen, it was a complete team effort and every one of them should be thanked and I do thank them all. They are an example of an efficient office. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent!

Have been using Alison at Dawsons, Sketty for very many years and would not use anyone else! The team at Sketty are exemplary and always go the extra mile to make sure that their clients are happy with the service they get. We put our property on the market on a Friday and it had sold first viewing by close of business the following Monday. We were updated weekly and they pulled out all the stops to make sure that the completion deadline was reached for our new build purchase. Would have no hesitation in recommending this branch or the team!

Professional, prompt and supportive service

Don't go to anyone else to handle your property sale. The team at Sketty have been consummate professionals. They had a bit of a challenging time with us as clients - I like prompt responses and to have confidence that everything is being done according to instructions. The whole team were able to deal with anything we threw at them, with grace and charm and clear professional skills. Their expertise and energy has been very welcome. They have ensured a smooth path through what might have been a difficult process. When we first looked for an estate agent, we paid several companies a visit. Other companies simply didn't seem as energetic or committed or as welcoming. I especially would commend Helen and Alison for going above and beyond the call of duty. What always matters is the outcome, of course. Because of their professional advice, we have sold the property for £13,000 more than we first thought was achievable. Why would you go anywhere else?

A truly professional service

From the intial disussion about marketing our property through to final completion of the sale, Dawsons have provided exemplary service. They were informative in helping us set a realistic selling price and kept us very well informed regarding the many viewings which they arranged. The advice they provided during negototiations was pragmatic and I felt supported throughout the process. A number of complications arose in the run up to sale completion but they dealt with the problems with great professionalism. I recommend them unreservedly.
