Working against very tight time lines John, Angela and the rest of the team were always on hand to answer questions and reassure where necessary. GoogleJon came out to do the initial meeting and had plenty of time to chat about the service we could expect. No hidden fees. Explained about the EPC requirements and sorted that out for us. Angela and Oliver came out to measure up and take photos. Oliver did a very lovely set of photos and we were able to see them before the house was put up for sale. They kept us informed of all viewings and the feedback from the potential buyers. They sold the house within 6 months. Thank you guys for a highly professional service. Would recommend them to any one thinking of selling.

I’ve since commissioned Hawkesford James a couple of times over the years now to sell owned properties that I was living in, and have received what can only be the very best of customer care and service, and are the ultimate professionals when dealing with any issues that may arise. Absolutely second to none. The team there are extremely friendly, helpful, and have a warm family feel about them. GoogleI have used Hawksford James to manage my rental property for many years now and would have no hesitation recommending them to other landlords or tenants. All of the staff are professional, friendly and efficient and they seem to have got a really good ability to balance the needs of landlord and tenant fairly. My main points of contact over the past 18 months or so has been Will who has provided me with an excellent service. Since he joined the company Will has often gone above and beyond dealing with the various little niggles that are part and parcel of being a landlord. His help has been hugely appreciated and as an additional bonus it is always undertaken with a cheery attitude.

GoogleWe are renting a really lovely property through Hawkesford James ,the whole process from finding the property to moving in has been very straightforward , they have been very helpful every step of the process and going above and beyound with any problems ,we have dealt with a few of the staff ,but the main person who has been so kind and helpful is Mr Will Meeks we cannot praise him enough for all his help. We would recommend Hawkesford James 100% for anyone looking to rent or buy.

GoogleHawksford James has been my rental agent for quite some time now. Throughtout this time I have dealt with several personnel but my main contact has been with Will Meeks. Anytime that I have needed to contact Will he has dealt with things in a very friendly and professional manner. Any phone calls or emails are dealt with promptly. Will ensures I am kept up to date with any concerns and needs on my rented property. Will has a very professional manner when dealing with clients, what more could you ask for.
