We bought our first house from Hawkesford James nearly 4 years ago. Because of how efficient they were dealing with our purchase there was no question on who to sell our house through when we made the decision to move. Within a week of our property being on the market it sold, everyday we had back to back viewings which they oversaw whilst my partner and myself were at work. They were in constant contact with us from the day we started the process to the day we finished. If you're looking for an estate agent, look no further I highly recommend this amazing, friendly, efficient business. Thank you to Angela and John for everything you have done for us.

If only all estate agents were as good as Hawkesford James. In my experience many fall short of that standard, and what a high standard it is. From initial meeting and property valuation to completion of sale Hawkesford James were excellent in every respect. There was no delay in marketing the property and a buyer was soon found and vetted. Communication was also very good at all times so I always knew exactly what stage the sale process had reached. Special thanks go to Jon and Angela who were always helpful and obliging. Hawksford James seems like a tiny little estate agency at first but it stands out from the others because of one gem! Her name is Angela. I cannot praise that lady enough.
