In October me and my family moved into a property managed by Hawksford James. Molly has been exceptional helping us with this journey. This was our first time so wasn’t sure how anything worked but Molly done any amazing job and reassured us. Any problems/ questions we have had Molly has always been there to assist us and get us the help we needed immediately. The communication has been brilliant and really couldn’t fault her at all, always kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Hawksford James just by the way Molly has treated us. 10/10 for Molly!

We found out that our landlady had gone bankrupt so our world change overnight, We found a house for rent on Hawksford & James website and instantly emailed about the property. Molly the rental Queen as we now call her got in touch and arranged a viewing, after falling in love with the property we said we wanted it straight away, Molly was amazing from start to finish, kept us updated on everything, Very friendly and approachable, we are so grateful to her for what she achieved for us at such a stressful time! Would highly recommend!

We Brought our forever house recently with these guys and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Firstly I was very nervous of the process of going to look at the houses because previous experience has been not so good with other agents and felt pressured but this is a big shout out to Lee who showed us around several houses, she made us feel so comfortable, relaxed and excited. Lee made the experience relaxed for word go and helped us and talked through all options we could have at each property. When we found the home we loved again Lee was great in dealing with all interactions with seller and kept us informed very well. Once agreed the process was so easy the company was very informative and you never felt any questions was a question to much. When we had made a successful agreement on house again we wanted to pop back serval times for measurements etc again this was never an issue. Equally any time I rang and Lee wasn’t there all members of staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you Hawksford and James and Thank you for the lovely gift box when we picked up the keys it made it that bit more special

Had the good fortune to stumble across this Estate Agent to Let out our long standing family home. We found John to be a very honest, practical and humble man. Prompt and professional and proactive. He came to value our home and explained how they work and answered all of our questions about letting. Although we did have others round beforehand we happily opted for Hawkesford James as they not only felt right but they were not stuck up and did not make us feel insignificant as our house was not a million pound mansion, it is a three bedroom home in Sittingbourne. We worked with Molly and Will thereafter on the lettings team and they followed our lead but gave us sensible guidance around the next steps and we had our house photography completed and marketed within days. By the following weekend, viewings were held by Molly and then we sought through the choice of Tennant's with the wise knowledge of her longstanding experience in the lettings field. Thanks Molly!! The only trouble we had was making a choice between Tennant's because they were such high calibre! Easy to work with, great communication and a lovely group of people in the team. Would definitely recommend Hawkesford James and am happy to be a landlord with them.

I had a great experience of working with the team at Hawkesford. From the very beginning of the process in my meeting with Jon, everything was very clear and transpired as expected. Everyone I dealt with at Hawkesford James was extremely friendly and polite. I always felt like I could reach someone if I needed to and the team were pro-active in communicating with everyone involved in the process such as my buyer, solicitors and estate agents. My husband and I used Estate Agents, Hawksford James in Sittingbourne to sell our house, which was also in Sittingbourne. We found all the staff that we had met helpful and polite. The staff, with whom we mainly had contact with, were Angela and Lee. Both of these ladies were courteous, thoughtful and helpful throughout all of the time we were attempting to sell our house. Although they sent quite a few potential buyers to see our house, it was quite a while before it was actually sold. A lot of the prospective buyers seemed to like the property, but it wasn't quite right for them. However, although I was feeling a little frustrated that the property was not selling, the ladies were encouraging, and were confident it would happen eventually. They were supportive and kept us informed all of the time about their endeavours to bring viewers in to look round the property. When my husband and I telephoned them or visited their office, both were very helpful and reassuring. After a while the house was sold, and we found our new ideal home . We would not hesitate to use them again, should we decide to move anymore. The best Estate Agents we have ever had in four house moves! We would recommend them without any doubt. Because of how efficient they were dealing with our purchase there was no question on who to sell our house through when we made the decision to move. Within a week of our property being on the market it sold, everyday we had back to back viewings which they oversaw whilst my partner and myself were at work.
