GoogleWe have recently sold a property through Hawkesford James on which they had provded letting services since 2007. The service provided on both the sale and let were excellant and we would highly recommend them. We have a small number of properties that we let and Hawkesford James have been by far the best letting agents we have used.

GoogleI have previously Rented through Hawkeford James and have found them very helpful and very friendly. They were also one of the cheapest when it came to the fee's they charged and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I will also try and use them again if I need another home in Sittingbourne.

GoogleI was selling a tenanted flat managed and then put on the market by Hawkesford James. The buyer's solicitors were incapable of handling a routine conveyance. I asked HJ to intervene and later they persuaded the buyer to appoint a new Solicitor. They did and we were completed in 1 month.

GoogleVery nice people who were very well meaning and they were always friendly. Putting the property on the market was very straightforward and I never felt under any pressure. There service was a lot more personable than a lot of the larger estate agents that I spoke too. However once the sale had been agreed, communication could have been improved as either me or my solicitor had to do a lot of chasing to find out information. I often felt as though they didn’t really know how things were progressing throughout the chain. Overall a reasonable service, but there was definitely room for improvement.
