We moved our property sale over to Your Move Edwards late last year as we had previously had Mandy when she worked for another agent and we couldn’t fault her dedication to getting our property sold. The whole process with Your Move Edwards was seamless and we never had to wait for an update or felt that our sale wasn’t important, even though we knew they were incredibly busy. I know for many, the cost of estate agent fees on top of all of the other sale/moving costs can feel extortionate, however using Your Move Edwards was worth every penny. Whenever I rang the office, everyone was willing to help and if you left a message , you would always get a call back. I want to particularly commend Mandy who was with us the entire journey. She really doesn’t view anything as too much hassle and I can honestly say that our sale/chain would not have proceeded without her expertise and knowledge. Poor experience from moving in to moving out, 4 years later. Avoid!!! Poor communication, they do not care about their tenants and tell lies. The process in getting your deposit back after moving out is a joke. 9 weeks to be precise, after numerous phone calls and emails.
