GoogleWe just moved to Sidmouth after a few months of trying to relocate from London. It has been a long and stressful time but Mandy Lewis at Your Move has been absolutely fantastic! Mandy was always reassuring, pleasant, communicating regularly and she has made the experience less stressful. I would definitely recommend Your Move Estate Agents and I would use them again in the future.

Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫

GoogleMandy and the team worked so hard to get us in our new house. If it wasn't for Mandy finding out our buyers solicitors hadn't even started when the completion date was 4 weeks away. And then they said it would take 16 to 20 weeks for them to complete, Mandy wasn't having that she called and emailed them every other day and got it down to 6-weeks. We would still be living in our old house if it wasn't for Mandy.
