Cowboys!

New Home Solutions used Your Move as part of Assisted Move for a new build. House is currently on the market correctly valued and then Your Move never even turned up to view our property but then low balled it 20-30k less. That’s dreadful service and would not use these cowboys! No effort to engage with the seller but expect us to take hit and they still get a pay out.

My experience so far with Yourmove has been a good one, it is refreshing to know that there are still estate agents out there that help you every step of the way, that's how I have felt being a single person, not knowing what to do and when, being walked through the process every step of the way, nothing seems to be too much, even out of hours. Very much appreciated, having had experience with other agents none of them seem a patch on Yourmove. Obviously the process is a stressful one, but I feel lucky I chose these.

I cannot recommend Your Move Sidmouth highly enough, and in particular Sarah Woodham and Mandy Lewis, who have both been absolutely amazing throughout our time with Your Move. I have rented through Your Move for over four years, with Sarah Woodham looking after our tenancy throughout that time. Sarah has always been incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Any issues we have had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, and she has always been flexible when arranging flat inspections. Most importantly, Sarah has always been approachable and contactable whenever we have needed her. Her professionalism, kindness and willingness to help have made renting our home such a positive experience. More recently, Mandy Lewis has been helping us with the exciting process of buying our own home, and she has been fantastic from start to finish. Mandy took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, including our wants, needs, budget and preferred location, and really went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. She showed us a fantastic range of properties, was always accommodating when arranging viewings and made herself available whenever we needed her. My dad had to move out of his home of 70 years and go into a care home. I was so glad I used Your Move Edwards in Sidmouth as the staff wer nice and caring. Horrible service on multiple occasions…

Horrible service on multiple occasions back to back. They schedule appointments foe viewing and do not turn up. When you call them, the person on the line says they are not from the lettings dept and therefore your call falls on deaf ears. They falsely claim they have left voice mails. They deliberately misspell email addresses and say they have sent appointment cancellation emails. To clairify, these emails are sent 15 minutes before the appointment. The so called representative said the property has been removed from the market. If that is the case, then why waste our time with appointments. I strongly suspect this is click bait for properties not on their portfolio. Disgusting service from a fly by night quack estate agent.

Your Move Estate Agents were our third-choice agents to re market our property having firstly returned to the agent that originally sold it to us and then another local agent. We are only sorry that we never used Piers Edwards and his team at Your Move in the first instants, as our main reason for our dis-satisfaction from the other agents was lack of communication and regular up-dates, which Piers and his team managed to do having informed him that was what we expected, and that's what we got. The whole team were totally professional and on the ball. Sadly, we were unable to sell our property at this time but realize that the market at the moment is not great, so we have decided to use their rental services and just waiting for the contracts to be prepared.
